Pokemon: Our Generation

Pokemon have always been close to our hearts. We grew up with them. They grew up with us. To me they were like the pet I never had. That responsibility I had to them was something you think you could only give to something real, but to me they were.

This only made my life even more different when I found myself lost in a strangely familiar place that I had never seen first hand.

This is rather simple really. I’m looking for ONE other hardcore Rper who is tired of pokemon being left behind as part of our past and bring it up to date with our lives today. In addition this is a bit more serious RP. You are Rping as human being from the real world who for later explained reasons was transported to the pokemon world. Now this happened a good month ago so you’ve become rather accustomed to it. Now with you’re life somewhat sorted out you decide to do the only reasonable thing and become a trainer.

this is meant to turn pokemon into somethign where you as a trainer learn what challenges had to really be overcome. It's a look into what it would have really been like to do all those things we played.

My only restrictions to the SU are: you must be 16 and up IRL and IC so that you are a gen one original(sort of the point of the RP), and you’re character will live in the same anonymous town as mine. This way they go to the same school whether they are friends or not doesn’t matter.

BTW levels work with your evolutions. you start below evolution level. then between first and second evolution then you jsut gradually go up. there is no actual number system.

You've been listed under pending with only one spot I'm waiting for multiple apps, but you need to fix it so that you're character is from the real world. not the pokemon world. You also missed the qoutes.

Name: Jeff Rale
Age: 17

Appearance:

Backstory: Jeff’s not a typical person really. He’s an ADHD kid with some serious social issues. He can’t stand large groups. Almost every person around him will piss him off in some way. Overall him plus anyone else will equal something bad most of the time. He’s not antisocial… ok he’s very antisocial, but very few people actually understand his issues. He’s gotten very little understanding from his peers, and his hobbies of pokemon and writing often leave him in a fantasy world of his own creation. He’s brilliant, but tragically lost in translation resulting in low grades. He determination is very strained by the trouble of trying to fix his problems and continue on into his life. The night before he came to the pokemon world he began to write a short book on all of the problems in his life from his point of view. He left that on his bed so that while he was out his family would find it. He never got to know their reaction.

Name: Caroline Blue
Age: 15
Gender: Female

Appearance: Caroline stands at about 5'7", her eyes are a very pale blue (due to blindness) and she has curly red hair. She'd usually wear a black tee shirt with a reddish-brown hoodie and jeans. She also wears white tennis shoes and has some freckles.

Backstory: Caroline's life took a turn for the worst when she was only two years old. Her mother and father constantly fought and they divorced, and Caroline was put into her mother's custody. Her mother forced her to participate in toddler Beauty Pageants, where she was abused in two ways. The outfits that Caroline was forced to wear sexualized a three year old, and when Caroline got somewhere below 3rd place in a Pageant, she would be severely beaten. It wasn't until the pageants were put on TV when her father realized what his Ex Wife was doing to their little girl, so he started a custody battle over Caroline. It began to push her mother's frustration to the edge, and the woman took it out on her daughter. The damage was so severe that it landed the six year old in the hospital and left her with permanent blindness. It became obvious that Caroline was to be put in her father's custody, and her mother was arrested for Child Abuse. Nine years later, in the present time, she's been living with her protective father in a small town. She got into the pokemon world when she decided to watch, or should I say, "listen" to one of the episodes, then the next morning, she was in the pokemon world.

Personality: Independant, Direct, Stubborn, Confrontational, Honest

Pokemon: Vulpix
Name: Tails (of course)

Moves: Fire Blast (TM), Ember, Quick attack, Energy Ball (TM)

Ability: Flash Fire

Appearance: Nothing except for a bell around her neck, which makes it easier for Caroline to find Tails because she's blind

Other: Due to being blind, Caroline is extremely sensitive to sound and viabrations. She often kicks the ground to send off viabrations that would bounce back to her and tell her where everything is.

and that gives you the top spot. SU's are only open for about a week (probably less) so it'll take alot to top yours.
