Thread: Pokemon: Legend island, The fallen Utopia (Sign-Up)

Important Note: I'm not trying to copy Ragnarok's Eeveetopia. I love his idea and this RP is just similar in some ways.

Please read the whole history. I know it's long but just please read it.

Plot/History

On an island south of the Sinnoh region, Pokemon have made refuge. Those Pokemon have choose to live on this island to escape the possibility of being captured by humans and made to battle. They have named this utopia Legend Island after the great legendaries that created the island.

The island was once inhabited by humans but were scared out by the legendaries as the island was intended for Pokemon only. As a result, there are many ruins that can be found.

Years went by and the Pokemon on the island spread out. The island was the perfect balance and there was a place for everyone.

One day, the nightmarish Legendary Pokemon, Darkrai was bored of the Pokemon on the island. He started spreading lies to all the Pokemon turning them against each other. Fights broke out, innocent Pokemon were harmed and homes were destroyed. The Pokemon were split up. Each type forming its own tribe. The other legendaries were furious at Darkrai and banished him to live on the island and never leave. He took control of the Dark Pokemon Tribe.

As the tribes were formed they each found there own home.

The Fire Pokemon settled on Molten Mountain. An active Volcano at the most northern part of the island.

The Water Pokemon swam to a very small island just off the northern coast of the main island. It is perfectly protected by whirlpools created by the water Pokemon. They named the small island Lake Island.

Ice Pokemon moved onto the glacier just next to the Gigas Mountains called the Frozen hill.

Bug Pokemon toke control of the Exo Forest. A large forest on the northeast corner of the island.

The Grass Pokemon settled there differences with the Bug Pokemon and moved in right next to them on the Overgrown Fields.

Fighting Pokemon moved into a ruined dojo south of the Exo Forest. They stole wood from the forest and rebuilt the dojo completely.

Flying Pokemon nested on the tallest mountains in Gigas mountain range. They named the Mountains the Roost Mountains.

Steel Pokemon settled on the most southern mountains of mountain range, the Iron Mountains. The mountains are rich with iron ore and other metals.

Ghost Pokemon found a ruined mansion built in the shadows of the Mountain range. It was appropriately named the Haunted Mansion.

Rock and Ground Pokemon quickly sided with each other and moved in very close to each other. The Rock Pokemon went to a small very rocky mountain called the Gravel Cliffs. The Ground Pokemon burrowed a giant cave under the mountain called the Gravel Tunnels.

The Poison Pokemon went to the Toxic Woods, a swamp in middle of the island.

Dark Pokemon found a very tall tower. Clouds never blocked its view of the Moon at night. It was named Lunar Tower.

Electric Pokemon went south to the Thundercloud Tower, a extremely tall tower built on highlands. The roof of the tower is only a few feet away from the clouds, allowing the electric Pokemon to create thunder storms when they need. The interior is out fitted with a lift system and the tower reaches higher than anywhere else on the island.

Normal Pokemon found a unharmed group of buildings called Legend town. It was where all the humans used to live.


Psychic Pokemon found a calm and quiet forest near the southern coast of the island. It is perfect for meditation and the very middle of the forest is very, very thick. The call this Forest the Meditation Grove.

Finally, the Dragon Pokemon went across the water at the southwest part of the island and found a small rocky island. They called it Draco Island.

Rules

1. No Legendaries. You can be any Pokemon other than that.
2. Only one person per Pokemon. Try to differ in families too, for example, try not to be a Pikachu if someone else is a Raichu.
3. Be fair to all the other players.
4. You can control non-important NPCs of your own tribe.
5. You can use any move that your Pokemon learns but don't use the most Powerful moves right at the beginning if you are low ranked in you tribed.
6. More than one character is allowed but I'm putting a five character limit so people don't go insane with characters.
7. If you read the rules put "I'm in love with cheese" in your Sign-Up.

Tribe info

Each tribe as a...

Chief: The Pokemon in charge of the Tribe. There is always one chief.

Vice Chief: The Chief's second in command. Next in line to become Chief. There is always one vice chief.

General: Leads the Tribes army. There can be two Generals.

Healer: The head doctor for the tribe. There is always one Healer.

Nurses: Helps out the Healer with patients. There can be many Nurses.

Soldiers: Make up the main part of the Army. They are strong fighters and there are many soldiers.

Assassins: Are the quiet part of the Army. Usually have one target that hey take out stealthily. There can be many assassins.

Scouts: Scopes out an area before the tribe enacts any mission. Tends not to fight unless required. There can be many Scouts.

Citizens: No special role. No limit to Citizens in a tribe.

The Chief can change the names of the positions to fit the tribe better. The Chief can also add positions but not too many. Please put that info in your Sign-Up if you choose to be a Chief.

Name: Darkrai

Position: Chief

Personality: Darkrai is self-centered and evil. He can put People and Pokemon in endless nightmares. He is pursuasive and intimidating.

Appearence: Normal for a Darkrai

History: All the Legendaries were finally at peace with one another. They had formed Legend Island and everything seemed at peace. Darkrai was bored with this. The Pokemon weren't having Nightmares and Darkrai was disgusted. He went around to all the Pokemon and sarted spreading lies. He caused all the Pokemon to start fighting each other. which ended in the Tribes being formed. Finally, when the other Legendaries realized it was Darkrai who had done this, they banished him to Legend Island. He was to stay there forever and never leave. He knew if he was going to be there he should be in a position of power so he toke control of the Dark Tribe.

Name: Prometheus

Species: Charizard

Tribe: Fire

Position: Chief

Personality: Prometheus is tough and demanding. He expects more than the best from people. He is a former General so has seen the grime of battle and is also a born leader.

Appearence: Prometheus is a shiny Charizard. So he is black. Also, when he gets angry, the fire on his tail turns blue.

History: When the fights broke out, Prometheus was just a Charmeleon. He was living near a family of Blastoise who attacked him. He had to run for his life. He made his way to the Gigas Mountains. He had to make his way across which was no easy task. He evolved while doing so and some scouts from the flying tribe tried to recruit him. He turned it down so they attacked. He managed to fight then off long enough for Charizard to get off the mountains. Prometheus managed to get to the top of Molten Mountain. He was quikly accepted as a soldier. He worked his way up to General and finally, the tribe accepted him as their new leader.

Name: Spooker

Species: Haunter

Tribe: Ghost

Position: General

Personality: Spooker is... humorous. He's always cracking jokes, always has a playful nature, never serious. But this has many drawbacks, and he has to learn them in battle.

Appearance: He's a normal Haunter for the most part.

History: Spooker was a normal Haunter till the day the entire island was split up. There were to choices to make. He could go with the Ghost Tribe, or the Poison Tribe. He chose the Ghost Tribe. Upon arriving, he became a Citizen and showed his personality to others. This made citizens either love/hate him. He became known as the clown, till the day he decided to become a General and show his true strength in battle.

Personality: Lucario is much a people's leader. He listens to the citizens and other ranks with their ideas and try and make fortify the Iron Mountains. Lucario despises Pokemon Type which are super effective against him but however tries to help people he is supper effective against.

Appearence: Normal for a Lucario, however he wears a red bandanna on his head to stand out from the rest

History: Lucario hated the lies and new there was a source. However he needed support from people so he began campaigning to become the chief of Steel types. After being voted in, Lucario is scretly finding a way to bring things back to what it should be. A United Island.

Personality: Fwyne is kind and silent, prefering to avoid fighting. She is very compassionate and trys to convince her leader to avoid conflict whenever she can. She is also rather gullible at times.

Appearance: Fwyne is shiny with several scars to show her dedication to the tribe's well being.

History: Fwyne believed the lies that were spread and even helped spread them, which she became very ashamed of. She didn't realize they were lies until the whole island was split up, but by then it was too late. When she was forced to choose between the Ground tribe and the Dragon Tribe, she chose Ground because she figured Dragon was better of without her. She became against the constant fighting that her tribe did and became the vice chief so that she could try to prevent too much fighting.

Name: Haybusa
Species: Scizor
Tribe: Bug
Position: Chieftess
Personality: Haybusa believes in being firm but fair. She tends to be no nonsense, but is quick to make a sarcastic remark.
Appearance: She looks like a normal Scizor, except for a large area on her right side, which is a horrible shade of black.
History: Haybusa was a young Scyther when the Tribes were formed. Her father gave her a Metal Coat in the hopes she would become a Scizor, like him. She refused, but held on to the Coat anyway. A pack of Houndoom brutally attacked her and her Father, and he was killed defending her. She didn't escape unharmed, however. The right side of her body was horrifically burned, and Houndoom burns usually don't go away. In an effort to save herself from unbearable pain, she evolved herself. It worked, but not without leaving a memento of the encounter. She joined the Bug tribe, and became a Soldier. Soon, due to her agility, she became an Assassin. She climbed through the ranks, eventually becoming the Chieftess. She still holds a vendetta against Fire and Dark types.

Name: Daggerwing, or Dagger for short
Species: Skarmory

Position: Silver Scouts
Personality: Dagger is cocky, arrogant, and incredibly fast. He loves taking on daredevil missions.
Appearance: Dagger is a standard Skarmory, except for being a foot smaller. This helps with his speed and agility.
History: When the time came for Daggerwing to place his loyalties when the Tribes were formed, he knew immediately he'd join the Steel Tribe. As a flying steel type, he thought he was unique, and he was rather proud of that. Additionally, Dagger knew his flying was good, and he wanted to prove that, especially against other flying types. And what better way to shove his skills down their throat than by siding with a mineral Tribe?

Personality: Blade is not welcome to company. He tends to take out his frustration on others, instead of trying to solve it.

History: Blade believes the war is stupid and a waste of time. He just wandered his entire life, not caring if he intruded other tribes. Eventually, Blade stumbled to the Overgrown Fields, and saw a tribe that could barely handle themselves. He decided to patch up his mistakes and begin helping out the tribe.

Personality: Elek is a knowledgable and noble Pokémon, and will not raise his voice or show any sign of anger in an argument.
Appearence: Elek has a crown shape on his forehead instead of a circle.
History: When the Pokémon split into tribes, Elek knew that he would do best as the chief of the Electric-types. With the help of the other Electric-types, he made the Thundercloud Tower the perfect place for Electric-types to live. The Electric-types happily accepted him as Chief. He then appointed his godson, Ray, who helped massively with the settlement, as Volt Knight.

Species: Pikachu

Position: Volt Knight
Personality: Ray is funny and brave, and can stand up to anything. He temper is like a switch, though; it takes just the right amount of insults to turn on, and then you better run for the hills.
Appearance: Has a tuft of fur on his head, and a lightning bolt-shaped scar over his left eye. Wears red fingerless gloves, a short sword over his back(entrusted to him by Elec), and a backwards baseball cap(like the HGSS male hero's), which the tuft of fur hangs out of, over his eyes.
History: Ray has lived on Legend Island since he was a Pichu. His parents died in the fights that Darkrai caused. His godfather, a Electabuzz named Elek took him into his care, and raised him into a fine Pikachu. Ray also has a rival named Raiyu, who gave him his scar in a fight that Darkrai also caused.
