I think you should group people with completely different personallities this way there is more character development, and smaller groups too, like groups of three due to there being a smililar problem as before.

Edit: I'd actully prefer pairs of people but if you do the three idea one group would get four and that would be pushing it.

I agree with Mewstone. It should be a 2 groups of 3 and 1 group of 4. Profession should also a factor in it. You know Trainer, Breeder, Coordinator.

Personality: Not much to say..... He tries hard to be the be the best trainer. He is OBSESSED with winning. Not much else to say.

History: He always dreamed of becoming Champion. He even went to the Battle Club every day. He went on his journey on the day of his birthday and was hoping to reach Pewter City on his own, but a certain group of travelers may change that.
