Thread: Pokemon Colossuem: New Orre *Start Ups*

"Well, now we have a 4 trainer group, I'm Flame, this is Inferno. Good to meet you Eric." Flame says as inferno says 'Char, Char, Charmander'

"I shall depart at once your highness." The queen says

"Hi Eric and piplup," Anthony said placing eevee on the ground where it happily sat at its feet. "Does anyone know why we're here?"

"I do," said a woman in a lab coat who walked up behind eric, "I'm Pokemon Professor Maple, and you 4 are my first new Orre trainers. Now I have some things to give you and some things to tell you about. The first thing is we recently set up pokegear stations so now you can use your pokegears in Orre."

Maple handed them new cards for their pokegears.

"With these cards inserted your pokegears will work in Orre. Now on to the next thing. The next thing is that you need to be on the look out for anyone dressed like a warrior from medieval times. Rumors have been floating about that a new evil organization is invading Orre, however, such rumors have not been confirmed by or Pokemon Rangers or citizen sightings. But, just in case they do exist, here's my pokegear number to call me, and the number for the Ranger Station," the pokemon professor said loading 2 new numbers into the gear of the trainers.

"Additionally, you must be on the look out for Pokemon Rangers and obey them. They are the law of this area and we cant have what happened last time happen again. We've worked very hard to restore Orre and we dont want it ruined. Plus, we're conducting a more extensive study on the region and if it were to get ruined again all of our research might be ruined. The pokegear card I gave you also enables for you to use the map feature and have a map of Orre. Well, that's about it I believe. Have fun on your journey trainers," Maple said finishing cheerfully and very much out of breath.

Eric nodded. "Thanks a lot Doc." he said. "But question." he said. "I heard that this was all cause of Greevil's work, wasn't he like the head of Cipher or something and a bad guy?"

Maple smiled and said "Yes, this is all Greevil's work and he was the head of Cipher. He has changed his ways and has put his enormous amount of wealth into restoring the reason. It is truly wonderful what he has done."

"It is wonderful," Anthony said looking around at the beauty of Orre.

"Well I suppose you four better be on your way," Maple said walking back towards the light house. "If you have any questions just call me on your pokegears!"

Anthony was ready to get going. He opened up his pokegear map and checked to see where he should go.

"Where are you guys going next? I'm planning to go to Agate Village!" Anthony said.

Axel shrugged.

"How about I come with you, Anthony?" he asked, "You look like you could use some company. Maybe we can catch some Pokemon on the way."

"Eric, wanna come with me to Pyrite Town? You and me could work well together." Flame asks

"Yea that would be nice Axel. I'm itching to get started but a journey alone is no fun so it would be great for you to tag along. I too am hoping to capture some pokemon as well, not to mention some training for me and eevee," Anthony says with a smile.

"Eevee eev!" eevee exclaims at the mention of her name.

Ricardo looked around for the bishop but he didn't see him. If he didn't step forward soon the boss was going to get mad.

"Sure, let's go!" said Eric. He looked to Axel and Anthony. "They opened a Safari Zone up there above Agate." he said. "That'd probably be a great place to train."

"About that..." Axel stated, "I heard that you can't battle Pokemon at the Safari Zone. You have to catch the wild Pokemon yourselves without having your Pokemon battle them."

"True, but there will be lots of trainers there you can battle outside the Zone." said Eric.

"Maybe its different in Orre. Who knows for sure? I mean it was just opened and its probably way more advanced then the other regions so maybe it is different," Anthony said.

"Ya know, both Agate Village and Pyrite Town have colloseums. So, how about, after we beat the colloseums at the place we're going to we can all meet up together at Obsidian Village at the eastern base of Mt. Battle!" Anthony said.

"Sounds good to me, Eric ready to go." Flame asks

"Shall we depart Axel?" Anthony asks while picking up eevee.

"Ready." said Eric, picking up Piplup. "But we need to be careful, the deserts are still not that safe to go past on foot."
