Thread: Pokemon: The Bond

Ivy is thrown aside by the blast and slides to a stop.
"Ivy!" The concerned trainer calls to her, taking the first step to run to her before
"SNIVY!" Comes the pokemons defiant voice as she slowly forces herself to her feet.
"Are you... are you still ok to fight?"
"Snivy!" Comes the same deffiant shout she gave before, coupled with a nod to her trainer.
Kyo smiles. "Alright. Ivy, lets keep going then! Vine Whip!"
Ivys vines fly out at Pansear and wrap around its body, binding its arms before throwing it as hard as she could.

"YOU DOLT VINE WHIP IS USELESS!" hollered an angered Ciarda and the trainer next to her yelled "IDIOT!"

Cress came up behind Ciarda. "Please, don't give advice to battling trainers. A Gym Battle is like a test."

"Ember on the vines!"
The struggling Pansear nodded and attacked Ivy's vines with the move.

Ciarda jumped. She turned around. "What? It is." she pointed out.

"However true that may be, Vine Whip still does have some effect. Secondly, you were disrupting the battle, which is a public offense. I only ask you not to do it again."

Ciarda stomped on Cress's foot and left, Tanisa in tow.

Ignoring the pair and their complaints, kyo focuses on Ivy. "Ivy! Toss it and use tackle!"
Ivy continues with the throw and charges at the Pansear, her vines being left out to cool from being burned.

Cress sighed. Some kids...

Pansear was hit with the Tackle. "Lick!"

Gothira popped out of it's Poke Ball and used Psyshock on Cress.

Cress was quick to step to the side, dodging, before sending out Panpour, but he didn't give it any commends yet. "Please, don't make me call the police. What you just did was a public offense, and I can press several charges against you. I suggest you leave now, before I have to call."

Ciarda whipped around. "I didn't let it out." she said, Gothira firing several Psyshocks at Cress, skipping the Panpour.

Cress lightly leapt out of the way of all of them. "Uncontrolled pokemon." He pulled out a device, and his voice rang out over speakers throughout the gym. "Uncontrolled pokemon. Backup requested. Battle may go on normally." He put it away, and a group of people came in, each of them sending out Seviper. One of them bound the Gothita with Wrap.

Gothira was in trouble, and Tanisa used Aerial Ace on the Seviper holding her. "No one.... messes.... with a friend.... OF MINE!!!" she said.

"Get your pokemon under control!" One of them yelled at Ciarda.
Another Seviper curled around Tanisa, pulling her down from the air.

Ciarda then cried. She didn't stop. "My only two Pokemon? Really?" she asked them all. "What has this Trainer got to lose now?1 I may never have another Pokemon again."
