I think I'll know more what I want the person to be like. However, I don't really feel like I want to control them. Did you want to? I don't mind if you don't want to.

I don't want you to be overburdened, but I somewhat do feel you should control them.

Thank you.
Name: Khomtii Mjarall
Age: 15
Birthday: April 27
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: A blonde with reasonably long bangs and pale skin, Khomtii rarely wears anything in dark colors, unless she is forced to. Her eyes are a deep purple; her glasses are the same color. She appears to hold with her a small plush of... Vyyn Skylinger.
Personality: She's very cheery and will often shrug off any annoyances. She rarely gets angry at anyone. Khomtii loves to surprise others, usually by popping up behind them at random times. She stalks Vyyn Skylinger, being aware and keeping record of everything she does.
History: She was born and raised in Lavender Town, and as a result, she took a great interest in Ghost and Dark Type Pokémon. She was taught by the Channelers of the Pokémon Tower, and decided to go to PAGX to get more interaction with people her age.
Pokémon: Duskull: Male; Levitate; Shadow Sneak, Blizzard, Pain Split, Destiny Bond.
Weavile: Female; Pressure; Punishment, Thief, Night Slash, Shadow Claw, Metal Claw, Revenge, Hone Claws.
Mismagius: Female; Levitate; Perish Song, Ominous Wind, Sucker Punch, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse.
Battle: A wild Ponyta shows up near a volcanic area. Khomtii calls out Weavile, despite the type disadvantage. The Ponyta uses Take Down, and it hits, dealing recoil damage. Weavile uses Hone Claws, and Attack is raised sharply. The Ponyta continued with Flame Charge, increasing it's Speed, and dealing 2x damage to Weavile. Weavile uses Revenge, and deals massive damage to the enemy Ponyta. Ponyta uses Take Down, and faints from recoil damage, leaving Weavile with very little health left.
Other: Khomtii is rarely ever heard going anywhere. Her movements make very little sound at all. Also, Khomtii's Weavile is too persistent; she doesn't give up trying to win a battle until she's in mortal danger.

"I'm coming like a wyvern in heat."
I... can't think of anything. I always get in situations like this, y'know? I try to make a charcter have a drastic change in personality or whatever, but can never get a good reason for it. Can you think of something?

I can wait. I have one idea, but not only does it almost entirely mimic the plot of a manga I'm reading, but it doesn't have the kind of stalking-like idea I want.

The stalker is in the middle of trying to write a story, but needs a main protagonist. They see the other as someone whom would be a great character model, and stalk them to gain information about them to make the story accurate. This is almost the exact same thing as the plot of Machigatta Ranobe no Tsukurikata. Plus, it doesn't have that sense of obsession I want it to have.

I've never heard of that story before. It sounds... not exactly like something I'd read. Anyway, do you have an idea for the reason why Khomtii stalks Vyyn?

Well, there's always the obvious "Love at First Sight" thing, but though the obsession is great admiration, I really hate that idea. How about if Khomii wants to kill Vyyn? No, that contradicts with what I just said. How about if Khomii and Vyyn were great friends in the past, but separated, and Khomii, after realizing her great love for Vyyn, decided to stalk Vyyn after she realized Vyyn went to PAGX? While they were friends in the past, Vyyn could've mistaken Khomii for a boy, and (being the little kids they are) jokingly promised marriage, which Khomii took literally... That reeks of Honey Crush...
