everyon is talking about the "chaos" that seemingly erupts from Akuma's plans with legendaries,
but you all forget...
HES FRIKKIN HALF-INSANE, YOU GOTTA KEEP AND EYE ON HIM OR SOMETHING BAD/WEIRD COULD HAPPEN
half-insane, like Captain Jack Sparrow...
(oh, and what would people say to Akuma's second plan that involves no legendaries?...i mentioned it but never revealed it...it seems far less chaotic than his other plans thus far...)

It doesn't matter if your character is insane or not, you've been massively overstepping your bounds as a player. You're not the only one, but Jesus crunchy Christ you're the worst offender.

SparkStatic, I don't want you to be like one of my friends from that RP I was talking about earlier with all the region jumping and legendaries. He did the exact same thing you did, only I was able to keep up with him. (Thankfully he got better in the RP's sequal, but still uses legendaries a little often...)

Well, as i've said, i'll tone it down. I just kind of, jumped in wherever there was action with whomever was online at the time.

I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT BEING ON. Okay, we will restart. A few things I want to say:

-If you want to make edits to your character, do so in the Sign Up. I will allow this only now, as we are restarting the story. Any edits during the story will have to be given approval via VM.
-As for a co-GM, I will decide that later.
-Unless otherwise stated, only I will be the one controlling NPCs. I cannot stress this more, because throughout the story, you've (with a few exceptions) been controlling the NPCs to do what you want, this being the main cause for the chaos. If you want something major to happen, ask me for approval.
-You will not be able to go to any other Regions until we are finished doing what we need to in the current Region.
-Lapras is not on our team yet. We will get her from a Trainer, where she decides to give us support.
-No one may have moves that, in the games, have an effect outside battle. This means moves like Cut, Surf, Fly, Defog, Sweet Scent, Flash, etc.
-If you have any questions, ask me.

Once we're ready, let us restart.

So if you do not tell anyone about it until it's done, I'll still have to decide whether or not to allow it afterwards. And if I don't allow it, it never happened.

but it makes sense...and won't damage the Space-Time Continuum...
and i can send you the plan via PM...since you're the GM only you get to see my Akuma's plan for world domination

Can we not just do it without akuma having a plan to do all the time?
