Pokémon Ranger: Team Kiatzu and the Pinnacle of Darkness *start-up*

"We are almost there! Hang on!! Okay...hold on...ah hah! A Mantine! This should provide a back-up border." He readied his Styler. "Ready HP Bar! Capture...ON!"
The Capture Disc flew and circled around Mantine. Mantine was about to realitate when..."HYUCK!" Inferno shot the Disc back up, Mantine's attack catching nothing but air, and caught it. "Okay!" Inferno said, "Water PokémonAssist, go!" A energy beam shot out of Mantine and into the Disc. "Hiyap!" He inserted the water field around the plane in the Electric Field range.
(Don't expect everything to be named after Bakugan...can we stop talking about it?)

"Nice job there! But here's a way to make it stronger." said Yusuke, and gave a hand signal to Pikachu. The Pikachu did the same, and used more electricity, causing the electricity to go into the water barrier. This caused teh electricity to multiply, making the sheilds stronger.

"WAH!!!" Inferno screamed, "Too much power! We're gonna-"
CRASH!
"-crash." Inferno said weakly. "Well, we're here...Darkus Tower..."

" Woah, that was some ride, sam groaned and crawled back out of the wreckage of their plane, relatively unscathed, and turned to her empoleon, who was lying face down on the ground". After she frantically shook his wing, empoleon woke up with a start.

" Ok empoleon, according to inferno, we are actually here, so be on your guard, I must admit, I have a bad feeling about this, she shuddered, and turned to look at Darkus tower", which seemed to have an ominous look about it.....

Hey, I wonder where the others are....

Inferno looked around. He only saw Yusuke. "Aw, great, Yusuky! Look whatya did!" Infernape was getting into a fight with Pikachu, with the rare chance of Inferno not stopping him. "Your throwing the electricity into the water caused us to crash! And look," Inferno pointed to the wall, "we aren't even on the side with the entrance." Inferno fumed off, mumbling "You should be glad this is a small island...", while Infernape scored another hit on Pikachu.
(I thought of ^ that idea with samwin's post. woo! I never thought of that...I just thought of them going into Darkus Tower!)

"Hey, did you hear that?", sam turned to her empoleon, positive she heard a noise coming further ahead of them. "That sounded like Inferno, come on buddy, lets go see"....

but sam trailed off, as she noticed a very mean looking pokemon lurking in the shadows....

" Emmpoleon", what IS that?! sam whispered to her pokemon, who seemed as scared as she was..... it seems to be cackling.... sam and empoleon looked at eachother, and realised that in order to be on a mission such as this, they needed nerves of steel. So after steeling themselves, the duo got a grip, and ventured forth towards the pokemon.

However, as they got closer, it dissapeared.... "Ok, now I know I am not seeing things", sam gulped. Suddenly, she felt a tap on her shoulder.

Who, who's there? sam stammered. when she didn't get a response, she turned round, only to come face to face, with.... a GENGAR!

"Ok empoleon, we have faced worse in our time, so lets do this" Sam cried, as she and empoleon got ready to capture the gengar.

She readied her capture styler, and threw the capture disc into the air.

"Ok, capture... ON!" She yelled. The capture disc began to circle the gengar. Unfortunately for sam, the gengar kept dissapearing, and reappearing, then attacking the styler with shadow ball.

Ok, well, two can play that game, and she looked to her empoleon, who knew what was coming. Ok, water poke assist.. ON! As she said this, a massive bubble floated on to the field, trapping the gengar. Ok, nows my chance, "Capture on!", and once again, the capture disc circled the gengar, only this time, she caught it.

"We did it!" Sam jumped for joy, and gave her empoleon a hi five. Ok, now at least we have some backup in this awful place. "Ok, we better get moving, if we want to find the other rangers", sam told her empoleon, who nodded in agreement, and once again, the duo, along with the gengar in tow, resumed their search for their fellow rangers...

"Hey, it's not my fault, that the freaking plane was not a good conductor as i thought. And it's Yusuke.(Yusukeh)" said Yusuke. He looked over at Pikachu, who was shooting thunderbolts at the infernape.

"Hey, did you see that?, that looked like thunderbolts!, that has to be Yusuke's pikachu", sam said hopefully, as she and empoleon ran over to where they saw the thunderbolts eminating from

"What the... Sam! Wait...Infernape!" Infernape knew what was coming next. Pain. It happened. Then Inferno said, 'Sam, I see you have a Gengar. There are tons of Ghost and Dark Pokémon in Darkus Tower. So we have to find the others before they get possessed."
(Well, you called me the owner of the monkey Pokémon...and it's a nickname...and yes, Beav, you are gonna get involved preeeeetty darn soon.)

"Ok Inferno, can you see any way of getting into the tower on your end?, empoleon and I are very close to the entrance", sam said, as suddenly, it started pouring with rain....

"Oh great, this is all we need, sam groaned.....

"Well, that looks like the entrance, but," Inferno said as he flipped open his TopStyler, "the info on the Styler Info says it has many trick entrances, and that the open one is one of them."

"Pikachu, stop please." said Yusuke, pulling out a poffin. Pikachu instantly stopped, and Yusuke gave the yellow pokemon the poffin. Pikachu ate it happily.

"ok, all we need to do now, is to find a safe way into this scary place", sam shudded, as she found herself getting soaked.

Suddenly, she felt a sharp tug on her arm, and as she turned round, she saw that empoleon had found one of the entrances...

" Well, this looks hopeful, empoleon and I will go check it out, see you in a minute", she called over to inferno, as she ran to join empoleon at pulling away some of the old bricks surrounding the entrance......


"Yey!, we've cleared the area, ok, lets see now.... woah, it is pitch black in here"...... sam murmered...

"Yo, Yusuke! Can you get Pikachu to light up the place?" Inferno asked, "Infernape's flame is too dim!"

Wal heard the command and appeared from behind a crumbled boulder. "Hey guys, been waiting for you! Long time no see. What took you so long to get here" Staraptor growled at Empoleon. Wallace realised that Empoleon was a penguin. Penguins are birds. Staraptor didn't like other birds for some reason. "Calm down Mukuryo"
