Deandre walked more into the guild, looking around in awe. He was surprised as he never saw so many pokemon in one place.

A little away from the shuppet and Phanpy there was a deep rumbling snore of a huge beast in deep sleep. It was cut off in the middle of a snore by the blast of a water cannon, then a sudden roar.
"Calm down," Jet said with a huff stepping forward into the clearing where the beast had been sleeping, for he was the one that had woke it up. Vulcan was just about to blow a jet of flames until Jet stepped out. He swallowed the flames and the smoke of the fire came out his nose. "Where are we?" Vulcan rumbled, "This doesn't look like Kanto, or even Johto." Jet shrugged. "I don't know how we got here, and I don't know where Amanda, Diana, Becca or Drew are," Jet rumbled. Vulcan perked up, "What do you mean they're not here?" He roared before shooting in to the air. "VULCAN!" Jet yelled angrily after him as the Charizard took off. Jet followed him as best as he could on ground, running through the woods until he made his way into a clearing where a Phany and Shupper were.
"Diana," the water-type introduced herself to christopher. "Amanda," the charmander said after her sister. "What do you mean by simliar situation?" Diana asked. "Don't be silly Sis," Amanda said, "She means he was human like us." "I don't know," Diana said with a shrug, "He could just be out of money or a new comer."
OOC: Time skip very soon. Everyone's gonna be Rank C as soon as we finish this conversation, then we'll start journeying.
"He says he woke up in a forest and he doesn't remember anything... not even being human, apparently."
Jenny jumped back at the sight of a Blastoise and Charizard bursting into the area. "Um, hi?!" she said quickly, startled and a bit scared. Corey looked at them for a second before putting on a creepy grin and staring at them in the way that only a ghost-type could pull off.
The Blastosie almost didn't notice the two at first he was too busy looking for Vulcan in the skies. However then it registered in his brain that someone had spoken to him. He looked down at the smaller pokemon, looking quite terrifying even though he didn't mean too. Jet looked up as he heard the whirling of wings and shot a jet of water at Vulcan, catching his attention. The Charizard spun in air and landed on the ground before raising to his full height. Jet looked at the Shuppet, and honestly wasn't that creeped out by him, after all Diana did have a Gangar that she was quite fond of. Vulcan was a little bit more uneased, but not by much. "You two have any idea what going on?" Vulcan rumbled to the smaller pokemon, his tail whipping back and forth, Flames burning hot.
"That's a bit odd," the sisters said in unison.
"Yeah, it is. So we really don't know anything about him if we're thinking technically, but we can assume he was human at one point."
Jenny spoke up. "We can't find our trainer... by the looks of it, you're in the same situation. I don't recognize this place and I don't know how we got here at all," she said.
Corey gave up his look and resolved to being more serious for a bit, but he didn't say anything for now.
A few bushes rustled and an Absol poked her head out, saw the other pokemon, and drew her head back into the bush, hoping to remain unnoticed so nobody freaked out over the 'disaster pokemon.'
A Charizard identical to Vulcan stepped forward from somewhere else. He said "Hi, where are we?" in an extremely high pitched voice, and having three huge pokemon around her as very unnerving to Jenny.
OOC: Gotta log off and go to bed, see you all tomorrow
OOC: Ok cool ill post when you time skip. :)
OOC: The trainer pokemon have just been traveling through the forest the whole time but they didn't really get anywhere since it's so huge.
One month later (All guild member characters except Autumn and Jecca are Rank C)
A tall Lopunny that they knew as the guild master stepped out of a room in the Guild. Nobody was on a mission, so all of ((our characters, including non-members)) were called to a meeting room.
Upon hearing her name called, the Scorpion Queen was surprised, but she walked in, thinking it must be a mistake of some sort. Max, who was nearby, silently followed.
Willow was confused that she was called up, but she figured that they might consider her a member since she had been helping out quite a bit. She walked with Rose to the room.
"What do you think this is about?" asked Crystal.
"Beats me." answered Chen. "Let's find out." Chen and Crystal followed.
"Guild Master, I checked everyone out and everyone seems to be here. You may announce your announcement when ready sir." Autumn said keeping her space between her and the guild master.
The Guild Master nodded his thanks to Autumn, closing the door, and spoke. "Violet City... is one of the few places in this region that has not been reached by the chaos. I'm sure many of you don't know what I'm talking about, so allow me to explain... There is a powerful and evil pokemon who refers to himself as the Emperor or Shadows. We call him the Crime Boss, but his real name... Darkrai. He wreaked havoc in the world once, a long time ago, but the great Arceus sealed him away, causing himself to fall into a deep sleep in the process. His 16 plates were scattered throughout the world, and we know of three of the locations of the plates already due to a relic found by Autumn. Thanks to her, we can begin this mission. To ressurect Arceus, you must bring all of the plates." He sighed grimly.
"Now, I'm sure you're all wondering why I chose you, most of you being only Rank C, of all the pokemon at the guild... There are a few reasons. First is the fact that I have seen that you have all seemed to grow during your time at the guild. Although a lot of you may have came here at first to earn money, it looks to me now like you all care about helping other pokemon. Even the pokemon that aren't guild members and don't even get a reward have been helping a whole lot, so I called you in as well. The second reason is that I've heard that many of you are apparently humans. I've checked around and you haven't been seen in any nearby areas before you appeared here, and you claim that you simply woke up in a forest to find yourself pokemon. I'm not sure what to believe, but... I hope this finds you some answers. The final reason is the one I'll be telling the guild for your trip. You all are going to gain experience from this mission.
"Everything I have said here is highly confidential information. You must not panic anyone, especially other guild members, by telling them. Now, all of you, including the ones who aren't members- I must first ask if you all accept this mission. The fate of the world rests on this... But I must tell you that I won't take it against you if anyone backs out. There is a chance of you dying, and I'm not about to send you on a fatal mission without telling you that. So... Do you all accept?"
Autumn looked at the guild master in shock. She could not believe he believed such non sense. She then all of a sudden reconsidered. Wait the guild master is wiser than us all. If he believes some of these pokemon are human, then I should trust is judgement like I have many times before. Why would he be wrong now to believe about this concern? Autumn looked at the few pokemon that say they were human. She has gotten to know them all pretty well and became friends with most of them. These pokemon would have to be insane to tell such stories but she knew for awhile that that was not the case. With that observation, they had to be telling the truth. Autumn felt something in the pit of her stomach. She was ashamed of herself to be friends with these pokemon and not trust them fully the whole time. She was beating herself inside having thought such things for this long. She had to apologize to these pokemon for her actions.
At the same time Autumn was also thinking of what the guild master said about this great mission. She remembered stories hundred of years ago about how this very guild went on an epic quest to save the land. Many guild members perished during that time. Very few came out alive. The guild master once told me that the very first guild master created the guild along with the ranking system. This system to this day as always kept track of the bravest and most talented members throughout history. Six ranks there were in total and the very last rank, only one every hundred years average has a pokemon success-ed in reaching this legendary rank. Rank L was the highest and almost impossible rank to achieve. Even the guild master's cannot rank someone this. The only way to achieve this rank is for the entire country to remember you as a true hero for completely a great deed. This country mostly only believes that a true great deed can only be done if the country was threaten to be destroyed or consumed by evil.
The guild master's speech just now really boosted up Autumn's spirit to the max. This sounded like a mission that if successful might have the entire country vote for a hero to be blessed with this true honor. Autumn pictured herself with a medal with a bright big L on it showing the world she was a true explorer and hero. She remembered hundreds of years ago how that a brave pokemon who was only Rank B saved the world from ruin and achieved this mighty rank completely skipping Ranks A and S. That pokemon was the pokemon Autumn really looked up to as her hero of old. She wanted to be just like him one day.
Autumn lost herself in this big old daydream of hers. She snapped out of it finally, and realized how hardy anytime went by as she daydreamed. Perhaps everyone was speechless and that was how time seemed like it stopped. She did not know but did not care for long. She needed to focus. She probably would be the one leading this mission thinking that the guild master knows Autumn's talent and would trust her in such a duty. Minutes passed and Autumn decided to break the silents.
"Come now you guys speak up. Don't be shocked or afraid of the guild master's words. If you guys have acted like that in any of your previous missions, you would not learn and get far at all in the life as a guild member. Come on guys. Snap out of it. We need to focus and plan for this epic quest. We cannot ignore and lack in such a mission." Autumn said trying to encourage everyone. Autumn then looked to the guild master for approval for her leading this mission.
OOC: o_O your post was longer than mine XD I didn't expect that. But excellent story, and all the more motivation!
The Scorpion Queen looked down. She didn't deserve this. But hearing Autumn's encouragement, she made herself turn upwards to face the guild master and she bravely spoke up through the silence that hung before and after Autumn's words. "I accept this mission... I'm honored to accept it."
Rose's ears drooped and she grabbed the sides of her head as if she had a massive headache. Eyes closed tightly, she breathed fast and was shaking. Finally, after a minute, she looked up. Where a smile had always, always lit her face, there was a look of extreme terror. The chaos... Darkrai... no... why?! tears streamed down her face, but they seemed unrelated to what she said. "I... I accept... I will make this mission a success or I'll die fighting for it..." her voice, though shaky, had a hint of the optimism she always had, which sounded odd in the words she spoke.
"I'll go," Willow said simply.
Max remained silent for the time being.
Glad to hear at least a few agreements, especially Autumn's encouraging the group, the Lopunny said, "Autumn, this Rank-S pokemon with a lot of experience and from what I've heard, a friend to you all, will be leading this mission. Are there any questions?" he was speaking in a very serious tone, but he tried to sound optimistic so he wouldn't be scary to them or discouraging.
OOC: Lol won't have you out do me that easy sweet heart. And thanks for the encouragement. Had to find some way to get Autumn to motivate herself and it ended up being a long story. :)
Autumn took a serious stance as she was honored to be the one leading the mission. Autumn did have a question to ask the guild master for she wanted to know what he would do in playing in this tale. "Guild Master, will you be coming with us, or are you staying to look after the guild." Autumn asked knowing sure and well what the answer will be.
"Like I said, you'll be leading this mission," he told her. "I am needed here... I must continue to keep the peace in this town for as long as I can.. and until you all stop the chaos from ever reaching us."
Rose was crying now, and it was unclear whether it was because she was happy and honored or terrified or overwhelmed... or all three. Willow looked almost suspicious as she looked at Rose, oddly not even trying to reassure her.
The Scorpion Queen was overwhelmed with questions, but she knew none of them could be answered by this Lopunny. She took a deep breath and stood up tall. "Okay, everyone... I suppose it's time to go."
"Pack well," the guild master advised them. "...And the best of luck to you all."
Autumn nodded at the guild master. "I thought so, I knew your place was here. I just wanted to let you know that I hope this is not a goodbye and that we will meet again." Autumn told the guild master with deep worry and concern. Autumn followed along with the guild master's statement. "You heard the guild master, pack up and don't any of you dare pack anything that would be considered useless. I don't want anyone here to have any unnecessary weight. Something tells me we won't have all the time in the world so we must be quick about what we do. Play your roll in this mission smart or chances are we won't live to tell the tale." With that said Autumn packed her things as well, along with the tablet. Otherwise this mission would be nothing but a ghost chase. "We leave in an hour, you fall behind then your on your own." Autumn said in a very serious tone. She had no time for slackers.
