Thread: PMD ~ Zoroark Strikes!

"You volunteered for the Mirage Ruins investigation, to retreive the Secret Slab, if I'm not mistaken." Alakazam said. "I just wanted to give you some helpful items that will be of great use." Alakazam handed them each a hard hat, and a pair of goggles. "The hard hats will be useful just in case some ruins begin falling, they will protect you. The goggles are extremely helpful since they will protect your eyes from the sandstorm. Do you think that you will need assisstance on this mission, or would you prefer to travel alone?" Alakazam finished.

Jata, Miju, and Kabu had finally arrived home. "Ok, let's start packing." Miju said. She got the rescue pack, and started stuffing berries in there. "Some oran... and sitrus... and pecha... and cheri... and chesto... and raust..." She said, as she packed. "And how about some reviver seeds!"

OOC: Gotta go! I'll be back on later.

"No, thank-you." said Joe, his hat placed jauntily on his head. "We;re perfectly capable of retreaving the Secret Slab."

"Yeah!" squeaked Kelly excitedly, who's hat had fallen over her eyes.

Litengu nodded his head in agreement with Jata. "Yeah, you're right, we should prepare ourselves for tomorrow. It's going to be a big day!" He didn't realize it, but he was actually becoming accustomed with his stench. "I'll see you guys!" Litengu waved his hand goodbye as Team Isshu returned to their base. He then turned to Team Jubilee. "Sorry we got off at a bad start, we'll see you guys tomorrow, probably." Luna took a moment to uncover her nose and bowed her head towards the team. "It was really nice meeting all of you." she said. "I hope we can see each other tomorrow!"

Luna then pulled Litengu closer to her, trying to overcome his awful smell. She twirled around like a ballerina, and in a flash, the two disappeared from the town square back to their treehouse base.

Aqua looked to Flower and Miki. "Alright, I guess we can go home now and prepare, just in case we get picked to explore somewhere tomarrow!" she said, leading the way home.

In a bright flash, Luna and Litengu finally arrived home. Luna quickly rushed inside and shut the door in front of Litengu.

"Hey!" Litengu shouted. "What did you do that for?" Luna looked through a peep hole found in the door of the treehouse.

"I'm not going to let you stink up this house!" she replied. Litengu rolled his eyes. "Come on, it's not that bad once you get used to it." Luna's eyes began to twitch a little, it was that bad. "Ugh, besides," said Luna. "You need to do some work. We need to stock up on sitrus berries for tomorrow, so I want you to use the time you have to look for them in the woods. Also, I want some tomoto berries added to your stock." Litengu gave her a confused look. "Tomoto berries? what would we need those for?" Luna giggled. "It's a surprise!" He had no idea what she was planning, but Litengu got a vibe that it was something good, so he agreed. "Alright, just throw me my bag and I'll be off." Luna grabbed a small carry-on bag from the entrance and slide it through the door quickly, as not to let in Litengu's stink. Litengu saluted Luna. "Thanks, I'll be back by dark," and he leaped from his home to the forest floor, and scurried away to find some berries. Meanwhile, opened the door carrying a large, wooden bucket. While Litengu was searching for berries, Luna was preparing his bath.

Once they got home, Aqua and the group set down to decide what to do. "Alright, we don't know which place we may be going, so let's prepare all purpose supplies, water, food, and Reviver Seeds."

"Alright then. Be ready to head off tomorrow. But before you go, please take this." Alakazam handed Joe a piece of paper. "This is the map to get to Mirage Ruins. It is just south of here, so you shouldn't have a problem. Get some good rest, you'll need it." Alakazam said.

Alakazam walked away from Team Inspiration, and went to find Cleff and Rio. Once he found them, he said, "Hello there. I noticed that you volunteered for the spy mission." He said. "Well, I have some bad news, but I also have some good news. I should start with the bad news... I'm afraid you cannot go on the spy mission. Team Triplets, the others who volunteered, are much more experienced, and better spies than you two." Alakazam said. "But, the good news is that you will be going on a search mission, so do not worry. You will get a mission!"

Back at Team Isshu's base, Miju had finally finsished packing. "There, I've packed all of the berries, I packed us all a bottle of water, some bread, and 1 reviver seed for each of us!" She put the bag under her bed, and lay down. "Finally, I can relax..." And Miju quickly fell asleep, even though it was only 5 PM.

Team Triplets walked over to Alakazam. None of them were very fond of talking to Psychic types, but Illusion managed to choke out a few words.

"Uh... Hi."

Alakazam turned away from Cleff and Rio. "Oh, hello there! You must be Team Triplets, the others who volunteered for the spy mission. You have been chosen for that very mission. Congratulations! But, you must be careful. Try to hide yourselves as much as possible, and gather much information. When you think you have enough information, try to steal the Mystery Part, and retreat right away. But, first we need to know where Zoroarks base is, so you will also be sent on a search mission. Be ready for that tomorrow." Alakazam finished.

"Now, go on home and get yourselves ready for tomorrow!"

Back at Team Isshu's base, all 3 of the teammates were asleep, hoping that their search would be a success.

The Next Morning

Zaar was still sitting in the exact same spot the next morning, getting extremely impatient...

"How long does it take people to prepare for this kind of thing, anyway?!" he said in his mind, fighting the overwhelming urge to get out of that place, and kill everyone himself.

After a long run through the forest, Litengu finally returned to his home late in the afternoon. Sure enough, he was very tired after the hunt for berries, and was highly anticipating what the surprise Luna was talking about would be. He climbed up his tree and knocked on the door. Luna peeked through the hole to see Litengu with a bag that was bloated with various berries and seemingly holding something on his left hand.

"Hey, It's me!" Litengu said cheerfully as Luna looked through the peep hole.

"You're right on time!" said Luna. "I've got everything ready for--" Just then, Luna caught scent of the smell that was surrounding Litengu. Mika was right, it does get worse over time. "UGH!" She covered her face and looked away for a moment. Litengu chuckled a little bit. "Li-Litengu!" Luna began to ask. "Can you just slide what you got quickly through the door. I'll call you when I'm completely done with your surprise!" She let out a few coughs, even though the door was closed, she could still smell the toxic gunk that Mika left on Litengu. "Sure thing, I'll send everything your way!" Litengu opened the door and quickly threw his items inside, then shut it immediately, creating a puff of purple smoke as he shut the door.

Luna received the bag and opened it, finding that Litengu did his job really well. He managed to fit around 30 berries in the bag, 5 sitrus, 2 oran, 6 pomeg, one reviver seed, and the rest were tomoto berries, just the right amount to complete his bath.

"This is perfect!" said Luna. "I really appreciate what you--" she suddenly took notice of the other item Litengu threw in: A dead Hoothoot. "Litengu... What is this!?" she asked disgustedly. "Are you talking about the Hoothoot?" Litengu replied. "A lot of them passed out and fell out of their trees while I was searching for berries, it's going to be our dinner tonight!" Then Litengu busted out laughing, knowing that it would gross out Luna.

"EWW!" Luna grabbed the dead Hoothoot, opened the door, and threw it straight at Litengu, causing him to fall off the porch of his treehouse and land flat on the ground. Fortunately, he's okay, though Luna didn't say a word and shut the door behind her. "Man, she never takes a joke!" Litengu thought.

Twenty minutes later, Luna opened the door to call for Litengu. Her speech was muffled by a mask she was wearing. "Hey, Litengu, it's time for your surprise!" she called out. Litengu, who was sitting on the forest floor fiddling with the falling leaves, got up and headed back up to his home. As soon as he reached the porch, he asked Luna, "What's with the mask? It can't be that bad!"

"It is..." Luna replied. "Come inside, I don't know how you will react to it." Luna showed Litengu the Tomoto Berry Bath that she prepared. The water smelled strange and was thick with the berry juices. Litengu looked at Luna with a very confused expression. "What am I gonna do with this?" he asked. "It's not what you are going to do." Luna answered, grabbing a sponge. "It's what we're going to do." Litengu took a step back. "Wait a sec, are you asking me to step in that thing!? No thanks..." Litengu was about to walk away until Luna grabbed him by the shoulders to keep him in place. "Don't worry," Luna assured. "I'll take care of you, just relax, okay?" She escorted Litengu to the bath. Luna soaked her sponge in the tomoto berry water and started scrubbing him. "You know..." Litengu said. "This is feeling a little weird, not just the fact that I'm bathing in a big tomoto berry soup, but the fact that you are cleaning for me." Luna paused for a moment, her cheeks becoming rosy. "J-just relax..." she replied. She continued to clean him for the next 30 minutes.

Luna finally helped Litengu out of the bath and dried him off. Litengu bore a stern look on his face, and smelled himself. "... I smell like tomoto berries." he said. "Yes, but in case you didn't notice..." Luna took off her mask. "You smell a lot better than before." Litengu finally took notice of that, too. His eyes widened. "Was this the cure!?" he asked excitedly. Luna nodded, and escorted him to his top bunk bed. "... I really liked how you handled yourself, today." Luna said to him. "Eh, thanks" Litengu replied. "One of the things that I've learned today about being a team leader is that you can't be a jerk." He got under the covers of his bed. "By the way, don't you need me to do anything for tomorrow?" Luna shook her head and smiled. "No, I'll take care of everything, just focus on getting some sleep." Litengu smiled back at her, and began to rest his head. All the work he did today has tired him out so much, that he was quickly going into a deep sleep. "I love it when Luna is happy..." he thought in his sleep. "She looks so... beautiful."

OOC: ENGAGE IN EPIC TIMEWARP THANKS TO MY SLOW POSTING ABILITIES! *shoooom*

The next day, around six in the morning, Litengu's leaf twitched on his head, and woke up. He looked around his small home and found that both his and Luna's bag are ready to go, he also looked down to his lower bunk and saw Luna, sleeping peacefully. "Well... Early birds get the worm!" he said quietly to himself, as he got out of his bunk and set up his training materials.

OOC: And one again, I am defeated by my arch-nemesis: time zones. >_<

I need to go to bed, and I have school the next morning, so yeah...

OOC: I think I'm the only one who is on summer break, here. xD

OOC: Already on Summer Break? Lucky. Anyways, I'll be posting up the teams and missions when I get home from scool!

The next morning, Char, Surf, and Bulba awoke in their base. "We'd better get ready for whatever mission we will be assigned." said Bulba. "Let's begin packing now." replied Char. *All three Pokémon begin packing. Later, they excitedly await the announcement of their mission assignment*
