Thread: Newfound Academy (The Beginning) Start-up

"Suki Uchiha," Suki replied proudly. "And you are?" Suki asked her. At that moment Saki walked up to the two.

"And I'm her twin brother Saki. Sorry if she caused you any trouble," he said to the mystery girl.

"Oh, nice to meet both of you," Yukiko replied, "No, Saki, she wasn't bothering me. Um, I'm Yukiko. Yukiko Watanabe. I'm from Ecruteak City."

Zen had calmed down and reclaimed his place against the fountain. The spot was becoming more popular, so he debated whether or not he should vacate the area or stay, despite the increasing risk he'd be forced into a conversation. He usually only spoke with close friends who he trusted- who could look at him without being bothered by the fact he stood at only 5' 2,'' and didn't act like your average 15-year-old boy did. Interaction with outsiders was something he liked to avoid. He saw them as creatures in a separate world, until he allowed them into his. He tensed. Maybe I should just nap in some bushes, and then I'll know for sure no one will bother me.

"Ah that means that you're from Johto! We're from Goldenrod," Suki said grabbing Yukiko hands. Saki in the meantime looked around at the others at the fountain. He noticed Zen alone and half hoped Suki wouldn't see him being she would most likely cause trouble, but he also half hoped she would as he felt bad that he was alone.

Yukiko was surprised by Suki grabbing her hands.

"Y-you seem excited about that," she said, trying to smile.

"Johto, that's fairly far from Hoen." Yuki commented to Suki and Yukiko. "I'm from Verdanturf Town."

Alice felt herself becoming slightly nervous in the presence of such a bold young man. Suppressing the feeling, she managed to keep her composure outwardly at least. "Well JJ, I hope your school grades are better than your technique is! Kidding, kidding. Hahahaha. Let's hope this school treats us both well."
Alice turned to notice that the crowd had grown somewhat. Alice's gaze fell upon one person in particular. She was at least a foot taller, wearing a tank top, black pants, and a headband around her neck. "You, giantess! Speak your name." she yelled in her usual childish tone.

"Wh-what? Me?" Yukiko stuttered, turning toward where the shout came from.

"I'm...Yukiko. Um...who are you?"

Kyle continued to wait at the fountain. He refreshed up after that heated travel. Their were so many students it seemed like he was in the middle of a college campus. It kinda was in a way. Pokemon college is basically what this academy is. Not very much different when it comes to crowds. He was anxious for the academy to open already. Kyle was more interested in looking around the place then actually learning anything. At least that is how he felt right now. With nothing to do still, Kyle sat their looking up into the sky daydreaming.

"Yeah well unless you live in Kanto, any other region is far from Johto," Suki commented to Yuki. "And who are you two anyways?" she asked Yuki and Alice annoyed that her conversation with Yukiko was interrupted by not one but two people.

Saki groaned upon noticing his sister's tone. 'Here comes her troublesome side' he thought to himself.

"Yukiko? Pretty name. But why are you stuttering? Is your voice box a defective model?" she asked. However, Alice suddenly felt herself freeze up a bit upon realizing how rude she sounded. "I-I mean... my name is Alice. Forgive my rudeness. Sometimes I talk without thinking about what I'm saying beforehand." she said rubbing the back of her head in an embarrassed fashion.

"Nice to meet you, Alice," Yukiko said a bit nervously, still a little shaken by Alice's initial tone of voice.

Delivering a crooked grin, Yuki replied to Suki saying. "The name's Yuki Kaburagi, but you can just call me Yuki."

"So Yukiko, what brings you here? Have you decided your future career yet?" she asked wearing her best kitty face.

"Um, I want to be a trainer," Yukiko explained to Alice, "I would really like to be the successor to Morty, Ecruteak's Gym Leader, but I doubt that'll happen..."
