"Dirk before I do anything else I wanna ask something." Ellery nodded his head while looking over at Dirk. "How come you never liked me?"

"Because you tried to keep me away from your sister." Dirk answered bluntly. "I forgave you for the first day of school by the second day of school." He laughed. "But even when your sister and I were just starting out, before she was even pregnant... I knew that she was special and that she made me feel something I had never felt before. And you tried to take that away from me."

Ellery nodded his head as he looked at Dirk. "I wanna say sorry cause of that.' he stated simply as he looked at him. "You know...oddly enough, I don't mind having you as a brother."

Dirk raised an eyebrow. "Oddly enough. That's a backhanded compliment if I've ever heard one." He said slyly.

"I promise it wasn't." Ellery nodded his head. His body began to change as it slowly turned into an azure coloured, his hair became made out of clouds and his clothes as well as his body wavered around with the wind as he looked at Dirk. "This is my last card." he nodded his head.

"Then show me what you've got." Dirk slid into a defensive stance.

"Yeah, it is. The future may bring more challenges for us, and our kids later on." Zephyr agreed, looking at the sky.

Dante chuckled and kissed Daphne back. "So, cotton candy?" He asked, pointing to said concession stand.

Ellery vanished and reappeared behind Dirk. However, even though he appeared behind him a punch made out of wind fired at him from his front while Ellery threw his own fist at him from behind.

Dirk was waiting for Ellery, having a feeling he was going to try to get behind him. He took the wind punch in the back as he caught Ellery's fist in his left hand. "You're not going to be able to trick me like that Ellery." Dirk told him before slapping him away with a right handed back fist to the face.

Ellery's face wavered as the fist went through it. He grinned and looked at Dirk. "Who said that was all." He stated as a barrage of aire punches began to fired from all around Dirk. Ellery moved back and put his hands together as he stretched out his wings and fired a barrage of feathers.

Dirk blocked each of the punches and the feathers with quick precise movements. "It's going to take more than that to break my defenses Ellery." Dirk said with a smile.

While Dirk was blocking the feathers and the punches away Ellery appeared once more in front of him. He put both of his arms in front of Dirk's chest before firing a powerful air current at him.

Dirk swatted the current away with a wave of shadows. "I told you Ellery. You simply cannot break my defenses." He said bluntly.

Ellery looked at Dirk before gritting his teeth. He looked at the small wound that he had made on his chest before moving back and stretching out his hand towards Dirk. "This is going to be hard but.' he said as he began to clench his hand causing the air inside of Dirk to start making pressure and moving around. "I've got no other choice." he panted.

Dirk saw Ellery's desperation and knew that this was the moment to go onto the offensive. Shadowed forms surrounded Ellery and began to strike him at lightning speeds. While this happened Dirk closed the gap between himself and Ellery and grabbed his throat, lifting him into the air. "It's over Ellery. Don't make me choke you out."
