Thread: Nebula Academy: Search for the Chosen Ones (Start Up)

"Why am I not shocked?" Zephyr asked Dirk, jabbing her thumb to the incredibly lazy teacher.

"Ten bucks says she falls asleep somehow." Dirk muttered in his fiancée's ear.

"Well, I think it will be easier once we find out the gender of the babies," Alice nodded.

"Yeah." Ellery nodded his head. He actually felt a bit nervous talking about the subject regarding the babies, it was all still a shock to him. "I haven't thought about it much, I'm still nervous."

"Hey, that's mean." Naomi frowned and began doing jumping jacks.

Jared raised his head for a moment and looked up. "Hey guys...I can feel two energy waves coming our way."

"It will get easier as time goes," Alice nodded and smiled.

"Yeah I noticed ten minutes ago." Dirk said dryly. "And it's not mean." He added under his breath.

"Yes it is." Naomi pouted.

"I know but...well I've always been a bit of a troublemaker and I always mess things up so I don't know how I'll be as a father." Ellery nodded his head and scratched the back of his neck.

"You know my ability to sense isn't as good as yours or Ellery or Zephyr's o...I suck at sensing okay." Jared deadpanned. "Unless I use Dragon Force."

Dirk rolled his eyes at Naomi before looking at Jared. "It's an experience thing. You have to develop and refine it." He advised.

"That's when you have to grow up and be a father," Alice nodded, "Trust me, you'll love your child more than you ever thought possible."

"I mean I can sense it but only when I'm completely relaxed, like back when we were in Envy." Jared nodded his head and put his hands in his pockets.

"I guess you're right." Ellery smiled and nodded his head. "Thanks Alice." he said before he noticed the others from the group. "Guys!"he screamed and began waving.

Alice saw Jared and beamed happily.

"Jared!" she called out as she ran to him.

Jared turned to look at Alice and smiled, tears running down his eyes as he saw the girl he loved making her way towards him. He tried to run to her but he was so happy that, it was as if his body had paralyzed on him. All he could do was stretch out his arms as he hugged Alice and put his arms around her. "Alice!"Jared called out and kissed her. "You're here." he sobbed.

Alice smiled as she returned the kiss.

"I am here," she chuckled, "But I couldn't have made it without Ellery. He's the one who has been keeping me and the babies safe."

"Thank you thank you." Ellery nodded his head proudly. "But yeah it was a team effort, Alice was pretty amazing." he chuckled.

Jared just smiled at her and kissed her once more. "I was so worried, but I'm glad that you're okay."

"Ellery will be a great father when the time comes," Alice commented before turning to Jared, "I was worried too, but I'm glad we're reunited now."
