Thread: Nebula Academy: Search for the Chosen Ones (Start Up)

"That's how moving through Subspace works." Naomi pointed out cheerfully and began walking towards the light, her pillow straddled on her left arm as she vanished from the group.

"When in Rome." Jared shrugged and followed her.

Dirk shrugged. He didn't move to the light when he was using his shadow powers to teleport. Then again he assumed that his own shadow powers were different than Shinn's own. Left with no other option he followed as well.

"Gee, what have I heard that line before" Amber commented before following, Cooper was right behind her determined to help get the others back home.

The group reappeared once more. They were now standing on a rocky platform floating on the sea, violent winds blew around them and the sky was darkened by black clouds. In front of the group, connected by a natural bridge was a large tall mountain. The was completely black coloured and let out an aura of danger and seemed to go up for miles."So this is Purgatory." Jared stated.

"Well it's a consolation that I won't be ending up here when I bite it." Dirk just looked amused by this. He had no reservations about where he was ending up where he died. "Even though where I'm headed probably sucks more than this."

"So, just straight up there?" Cooper questioned staring at the tower. "Great, Mea, Alice, Ellery, hang on we are coming!" Cooper commented, Amber was once more tempted to say something, but she knew it was not the time, they had to stick together now.

"We could either climb the tower, or cheat a little and use our flying Pokemon. I already got two that can take two at a time, not to mention Pidgeot can carry someone in her talons" Amber remarked.

"More specifically, the border of Mount Purgatorio and the Inferno. No souls wind up out here." Zephyr called out, looking around.

"You want to risk flying in a storm?!" Zephyr called out, pointing to the storm that protects the mountain from air and sea travel.

"Yeah it's not a wise idea." Naomi shook her head and looked at the mountain. "Though there should be a shortcut of some kind."

"It's called dropping into the shadows and popping up over there." Dirk remarked dryly. "Easy enough."

"Hydreigon could do that storm" Amber said eyeing it for a moment. "However Pidgeot cannot, so an alternative is the best idea" Amber said sounding a bit disappointed, for some reason she wanted to fly into the storm, perhaps to defy it and show those archangels a thing or two.

Zephyr looked up and saw something. "Stars?" She asked to herself, as the constellation of Gemini shown in the sky.

"Dirk teleportation inside Purgatory is completely and utterly disabled." Naomi nodded her head. "And flying through that storm will just get you killed instantly."

Dirk was going to give a lecture on how there was a difference between psychic teleportation and shadow dimensional warping but he realized it would just go over everyone's head. "Well I guess we better get moving then." He looked more amused than anything else. "I don't know about you all but I'm kinda curious as to what Heaven looks like."

Zephyr then saw the "stars" fall down and landed into the sea. They then formed a tunnel that rose from out of the sea. "Anyone here born under the sign of Gemini?" Zephyr asked in an attempt to break the tension, as the doors were marked with Gemini's sign.

"Probably walking on clouds and people just lounging around" Cooper commented before seeing the tunnel. "I don't think am, never been good with signs" Cooper commented
