Alice smiled and returned the kiss before looking at her unconscious father.

"Forgive us if we sound a little cautious." Zeke and Zephyr rebuffed, knowing full well, what shenanigans the family had pulled in the past.

Kuroki tip-toed past them, cradling something in her forepaws as she walked on her hindlegs. Unfortunately, what she cradled made a baby-like sound.

"To be honest, I think Ellery is the most handsome even if you are twins. Then again I am biased because I am screwing your brother" Desiree responded to James before she realized exactly what she just said, she attempted to try and not blush but she couldn't help it. She heard Cooper laughing in the background again and turned to look at him "Are you still here?" Desiree asked.

"I am sorry, but where else am I going to get more fun then this? If you blush any more, you are going to become the sun itself" Cooper replied trying to contain his laughter, Lairon was laughing with him as well, his grunts could be taken as laughter.

Alice looked at Kuroki oddly.

"What do you have?" she asked oddly.

Kuroki had frozen in place when the sound was made, then slowly turned to Alice. "Nothing?" She asked nervously. "Nothing" popped out of the sheets that Kuroki had used to bundle it up, it being a baby Purrloin.

"Awwww!" Alice cooed, "It's so cute!"

Jared looked at Kuroki for a second before chuckling. "That's a nice friend you've got there." he nodded his head and smiled. "Why were you hiding it though?"

"It's okay, I knew already." James nodded his head.

"Yeah, but it's not something you just announce to someone's entire family, my parents might be sexual charged demons, but you say Ellery's been screwing their daughter, my father will flip and my mother will faint. It's okay if it's them doing it, but when it's me it shocks them" Desiree replied smiling a little.

"Poor gal was thrown out in the cold as soon as it was hatched." Kuroki said, placing down the Purrloin, who got nervous at the sight of Jared, and ran off to hind behind a chair. "As you can see, a human with a perfectionist personality booted her out." The nekomata said, snarling.

"No, he hasn't told us." Carey said. "We can smell it, his scent is all over you."

"Awww." Jared walked towards the Purrloin and knelt down. "It's okay, we won't hurt you."

"So cute," Alice smiled as she released the baby Cleffa. Cleffa happily hopped over to the Purrloin and wave.

"So that's how we..." Dirk muttered under his breath.

"Yeah no shit Sherlock." Daphne said with biting sarcasm.

"And how was I supposed to know I could do that?" He asked.

Desiree felt another blush coming on again, she didn't realize they would able to sense their scents. "Well, with that note. It is a pleasure to meet you all" Desiree replied hoping to change the subject but nothing coming to mind on doing so.

The Purrloin got further away from Adam, and smiled nervously at the Cleffa. Whoever was this Purrloin's previous owner, he/she did a horrible number on her psyche.

Zeke just chuckled at Desiree's attempt to change the subject.

"Is this what having a family is like?" Dirk muttered to Daphne, who just shrugged.

"Best Christmas by default though." She added dryly.
