Dirk raised an eyebrow at Zephyr's comment. "I'm not one for religion." He remarked with a hint of a smile. "And based on what I've seen from you, you shouldn't be either." He remarked, referring to the fact that all of demonkind had been excommunicated from the Catholic Church years before.

That made Zephyr turn around. "That was a religious insult?" She asked, clearly having no knowledge of "philistine"'s original meaning.

"What did it mean?" Jared asked with curiosity. He has managed to dust himself off and recover from the hits and had now gathered with the others.

Dirk took a few moments to formulate a response. "The expression... well I should say the nationality used as an expression comes from the frequent usage in the Bible." He explained. "They were a rival of Israel and thus were cast in a negative light in the Bible and other Christian religious texts."

"Since when were you an academic?" Daphne asked. "Hell, since when could you read period?"

"Very funny." Dirk responded. "And you're the one who reads the Bible like it's exciting." He shot back.

"So like Demons?" Jared wondered.

Dirk laughed at this question. "No. Nothing like demons."

"Well to be fair..." Daphne started to say but Dirk held up his hand. "Right. Never mind." She muttered.

"Oookay," Jared raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "Does it really matter though?"

"Not at all." Dirk answered. "I was just making a harmless remark... didn't intend on a theological discussion."

"Why are we still here?" Calvin muttered. "We've finished, so we should be gone now."

"I dunno, but just try to be patient and not let your temper loose again." Camille said. "Because contrary to your belief, you'll wear yourself out."

"Yeah, you're done." Mr. Nelson said. "Go on, get out of here." He snapped his fingers, and a panel slid to the side, revealing an exit.
"What if they're my own cards?" Enrique asked, flipping a pair of fives. He could only remember one more pair. From there, he'd have to improvise.

"It can't be your own cards because these are the same cards I was using the in the last game which are the cards that were already on the table when you guys came in which I set up myself," Maxine explained with boredom. "Not just that but you never pulled out any cards so don't be stupid, I already stated that the suits don't matter just the numbers."

"Okay then." Enrique looked at the table, and started feeling it's dimensions and sides. "I can flip the cards any way I want, correct?"

"No," Maxine shook her head. "Just normal flipping and you can only flip two and see if you get it right or not now flip."

"What class do you teach again, Miss?" Enrique asked, flipping a pair of kings.

Maxine didn't say anything and instead looked down at the table in thought.
