"If I was mean then I wouldn't do nice things for you," Alice retorted before looking at Kuroki, "Of course I'd still do nice things for Roki here." she bent down to pet the black colored nekomata.

"That's unfair." Jared pouted.

((The bothers of vacation...))

Rolling over the campus was the beginnings of a thunderstorm. The forecast was clear skies and warm weather. A sole thunderbolt suddenly shot down, hitting the ground fiercely. Standing in the crater was a red-headed woman in her 30's with a voluptuous build, bright yellow eyes, and tanned skin. She yawned as she stretched, wearing a purple cocktail dress with a doctor robe over it. "Now where is Zephyr?" The woman asked.

Zephyr was meanwhile making tea, having acquired a taste for the hot drink.

Sil was drawing a Sharpedo acting like a torpedo, a pile of spears, bows, and arrows behind her. The reason they were behind her in the first place was because Sil had created them into existence with pure mana.

"So aunty's coming today huh?" Ellery asked he sitting in Zephyr's and Dirk's couch. "You do know that we can't let too much craziness slip or she'llt ell mom."

Daphne was still in bed when she heard a noise in her bathroom. Listening carefully for a moment she realized that it was someone cursing. Knowing that this was an intruder, she approached the door of the bathroom and silently threw it open.

Dirk was sitting in the bathroom cursing as he stitched up his chest. "Shrapnel." He explained, gritting his teeth. He gestured to the two large duffel bags at his feet. "I need you to keep these here." He muttered, causing Daphne to groan.

"Good lord Dirk! What happened to you?" She asked as she took the medical thread from him and took over the task of stitching up his gaping chest wound. He saw the shards of metal that he had already pulled out.

"Unexpected explosion amplification." He gave as an explanation, as unhelpful as it was. "Sent what was left of... I think this is a toaster..." He picked up one particularly nasty shard of metal. "At least part of the toaster." He mused.

Daphne whacked him on the arm. "Don't... don't do that." She rested her head gently on his shoulder, tears in her eyes. "You have to stop leaving so suddenly and then not telling us when you'll be back." She cried.

"I'm okay Daph." Dirk said softly. "Really I am." He promised, taking the needle from Daphne's shaking fingers. He finished the job, shutting the wound. "See, no harm, no foul."

"No more dinner for you," Alice frowned in a teasing manner.

After they had gotten the babies ready Alistair and Rose went to the principal's office where Noah was already standing and waiting alongside Shinn. "Morning." he greeted them.


"That's mean." Jared whined jokingly.

"Morning," Rose replied as she was holding Amber in her arms.

Calvin, Camille, and Ciana were having a morning training session on the lakeside, locked in a fierce duel. Despite the fact that Ciana had the advantage in power and speed, the twins were holding out against the mute swordswoman quite well. Then, Calvin faked an overhead strike, predicting that Ciana would Counter. He let the blade make contact with hers, then jumped away from her counter swing. While she was distracted, Camille went for a thrust that pierced Ciana's cloak, forcing her to jump back. She observed the small gash in her cloak, then her eyes glinted under her hood. She lifted her sword up with her left hand, just as a thunderbolt struck somewhere on campus, and charged at Camille with her blade on her right shoulder. Camille instinctively ,moved into her Counter stance, expecting to be able to block and strike back. When Ciana reached her, she slashed downwards to the left, breaking Camille's guard and stunning her, then completed the attack with another upward slash, ending with the blade behind her left shoulder. When she looked up from her V-slash, Camille was in the water, apparently incapacitated.

"Okay, let's end it here." Calvin said, helping Camille back to shore. "What was that attack, anyway?"

One of my strongest. With its strength, it's capable of breaking any guard, but I have to put a lot of energy behind it. I'm too tired to fight on now, so we'll go rest. I must commend you, by the way. I did not expect that move you pulled. The fact that you got me triggered the reflex to use that attack against you. Excellent work. Ciana wrote, walking slowly back the room with them.

"Can you be careful next time? That attack hurt a lot." Camille said, rubbing her sore chest. "I'm gonna feel that for a few days."

Count yourself lucky that I did not make it a lethal strike. Your enemy would have. Ciana wrote.

"I understand, but geez. You're like, emotionless when you're fighting." Camille said.

Ciana made no response, staring at the floor as she walked.

"Just keep training until I get back, I would leave my Pokemon with you.. But I don't think that's a good thing for safely reasons, take my keys to the Battle Class though" Amber said as they reached Shinn's door.

"Alright, good luck with your mission" Kathany replied, both gave a smile glad they had dealt with their drama, Kathany parted ways so Amber walked into the office. "Hello, hope I am not late" Amber said smiling.

"No, we just got here." Alistair waved at Amber. "Morning."

"Okay we should get going." Jared stated towards Alice before he walked to his room. "Kuroki, you ready?"

Rose smiled before nuzzling Amber's crimson hair. The infant yawned as she fell asleep in Rose's arms.

"Are you all ready then?" Shinn asked while looking at them as he noticed Van walking inside.
