Thread: Nebula Academy: Search for the Chosen Ones (Start Up)

Dirk smiled. It was over now. He threw a grenade up in the sky and when it was inside of the cloud woman he shot it with a single pistol round, detonating the explosive.

Zephyr let the kick land, smirking as she absorbed the ice. "What did I say earlier?" She asked, and released a cloud of ultra cold gas at Riley.

Dante cocked back a fist and threw it, utterly destroying the fist. He leaped through the dust and landed a spinning reverse heel kick on Gray.

"I'll help you though." Alistair smiled.

"Do you really love him?" Elise asked. "Even this side of him."

"We'll need to prepare for a wedding, then I'll need to prepare for a baby shower... then the time will be here..." Rose sighed as she put her hand on her stomach, "I'm scared, dear Alistair..."

"Yes," Alice said, "He's still Jared, no matter what. He's still the Jared I know and have grown to love."

"It's gonna be okay." Alistair smiled and held her closer. "I promise.

The woman gasped slightly as she saw the grenade explosde from inside of her causing her to gasp louder as her body turned back to normal and was sent falling down to the ground.

Riley was hit by the gas but was able to absorb it. "You know we won't be able to beat each other if we can both control gass right?" he stated.

Grey was able tos ee the kick and was thus hit by it causing him to be sent spiraling back.


Ellery panted as he landed on the floor and fell on one knee. "Damn it I used too much energy in that." he gritted his teeth in frustration. "But I was able to kick his a....I'm falling." he stated before falling on his back and sighing.

Jared walked over to Jabber his hair slowly turning back to normal as the scales began to withdraw. He panted slowly. While he had been able to fight against Jabber his limbs and body wasn't used to the heavy movements of fighting and as thus he was receiving all of that now. "Damn you." Jabber hissed. "Come on...." he gritted his teeth. "Aren't you gonna finish me off?"

Jared shook his head slowly. "Why should I?" he asked slowly. "I would just end up being like you....if I did....even if you're that horrible you and I still share blood." he explained as he saw Jabber slowly fall unconscious. "Jared looked down at hsi hand, his eyes closing slowly as his body began to fall down on the ground.

"Apparently she didn't go to Cloud Nine." Dirk dropped this rather awful one liner as he spun and drove his blade through her throat, ripping her jugular out and severing her spinal cord in one quick fluid movement.

"Jared!" Alice screamed as she ran over to him.


"I know, but I'm still frightened," Rose frowned.

Jared looked up at Alice and sighed. "Are you okay?" he asked, hsi body going completely numb. "I'm sorry."

"It'll be okay." Alistair reassured.

"Not bad."Noah said to Dirk as he saw him finish the woman off. "Not bad at all." he then turned to look at the forest where he heard a loud explosion go off not too far away from the group. "Now I wonder how she's doing."

"Don't apologize," Alice whispered as she bent down and began moving his hair from his face. She leaned in and kissed Jared softly. "I'm glad you're alright."

"I'm just really nervous," Rose replied, "This is all happening so fast."

"You can go check on her." Dirk was idly cleaning his blade. "I can clean up here."

"That was pretty boring." Noah heard Naomi whined as she walked out of the forest, dusting herself off from the leafs and dust of the explosion. "I got bored after a few minutes." she inflated her cheeks and frowned. "I should just stayed asleep."

"I'm more worried about you." Jared nodded his headbefore wincing. "Damn it, my body hurts."

Dirk realized he had some business to attend to so he vanished, reappearing in his apartment. He had barely taken a step when Daphne barreled into him and pulled him into a crushing hug. "I heard explosions." She gasped.

"I'm okay. I'm okay." He kissed her cheek tenderly. "Not a scratch." He promised.

Shinn leaned against his chair and smiled while nodding his head. "They did pretty good." he stated before looking at the screen in front of heim which showed picture of Zephyr, Jared, Alice, Dirk and Hikari. "Not bad for them still being young actually."

"I'm fine," Alice reassured, "I'm just relieved that you're okay." Alice smiled before mouthing 'I love you'.

Jared looked at her and blushed. "I...love you too."

"It seems like everything's passed." Alistair stated as he heard the sound of fighting come to an end.
