Jutsu Description: Draws enemy towards self by gathering chakra into ball in palms, draws more chakra from the enemy the closer they are, primarily a weakening Jutsu.

Story

Set shortly before the events of Part 1 of the manga/show, life is pretty much normal in Konoha. Genin graduate to become Ninja, set out on missions, and life goes on.
However, it's an uneasy silence, as word is coming to the Leaf on ninja descending from the sky to destroy entire villages.
Can Konoha survive against the Village hidden in the Sky's attack?
OK, so most signups will start as Genin, graduate from Ninja Academy, and perform a few missions before all hell breaks loose. I also need a few Jonin for cell leaders/teachers. If you want to be a Jonin, and only a Jonin, put dishwasher anywhere in your SU.

Jutsu Description:
After completing the hand signs, a giant purple glob of energy forms around her and flashes out at people. She can warp the energy and contain people inside of it or outside of it.
