I'm not sure how good you are but you're application's fine. You can have a female SU too if you want.

Sewaddle would go in District 8 or 11 as it's a Bug/Grass. District 4's home to Water-types

Evolving can happen, with Sewaddle it happens after 3 battles, then happiness.

1. I know this is an odd question- I've only seen your posts in the actual thread; so am I supposed to post there, or PM you, or what?
2. Also, since I'm not in the Games according to the post, does that mean I can send items to pokemon in the games and stuff?
