There's nothing stopping you from being am official, but your SU's a bit flawed.

District 1 only has Dragon types, and the two places for District 5, where Electric types do live, are already taken. Read this list and look at the tribute list before making a new decision.

District 1 specialises in pets for the Capitol as well as fighters in day to day Gladiatorial combat. Only Dragon types are found here.

District 2 provides military forces for the Capitol as well as fighters in day to day Gladiatorial combat. Only Fighting types are found here.

District 3 specialises in Technology. Only Steel types are found here

District 4 specialises in fishing. Some Pokémon are prey, some are predators. Only Water-types are found here

District 5 specialises in power. Only Fire and Electric types are found here

District 6 specialises in chemicals. Only Poison types are found here

District 7 is a research District. Only Psychic, Dark and Ghost types are found here

District 8 specialises in textiles. Only Bug types are found here

District 9 is a wasteland where Ice types live

District 10 specialises in livestock. Normal types live here, where they are either livestock or hunters

District 11 specialises in agriculture. Only Grass types live here

District 12 specialises in mining. Only Rock types are found here

"Ah, but where are the flying types?" I hear you ask. They have no fixed District and are used for transportation. As they are not in the Districts they cannot be used in the Games.

Tributes from Districts 1,2 and 4 can choose to be Careers. If they choose to be they get one BM to use.

Pokemon: Oshawott

Name: Splash

District: 4

Personality: A little carefree, but tough. He does what he can to defend his teammates, and will even help another in a fight, given that they are temporary allies.

Career: Prey/Predator; I really don't care.

And yet another question: What about that Pokemon's ability? Like say someone signed up with a male Snivy, and they had it's ability as Overgrow? Will they be added in?

Abilities are in place. Dream World ones can only be activated with a Dream Inducer, which sponsors can give to you.

Accepted! Is that on top of Maria or instead of her?

Great! Once @SquadalaGuy; has done his SU and we have one more character, we can start the RPG. So spread the word, people!

This is actually going to be a little fun for Maria (who is already a Leavanny in Pokemon White) and Splash. And me, too.

And seeing as you want officials, I have to ask something: How many Pokemon can an official have at a time?

I would love you to be an official and am willing to relax the one Pokemon rule if you wosh. In that case all three of us will have good coverage on most timezones.

The minimum number of SUs is 10, and I'm going to start the Games this Saturday (the 8th). If we don't have ten I'll throw my own character into the mix.

I understand, there's a guarantee that at least two more people will sign up.
