How does he act/react to things?
Does he get angry easily?
Is he tall, short, in between?
Hair and eye color, along with clothing typically worn.
And by harpoon, youmean harpoon gun?

He keeps his cool under pressure and has good reflexes. He is a tall black haired blue eyed person who wares a black long sleeve and a grey pants (note that both of these items are water proof) Also I want a harpoon gun and to change the name to Grey Gills

Personality: She acts with quick thinking and has a positive attitude. She studied a lot and understands a lot of languages. She is often seen training in her district and has a "way with the universe." She also cares for others, but her safety comes first.
Appearance: Karila has shoulder-length raven black hair and green eyes. She has on a brown tunic, green leggings, blue boots, and copper gloves.
Background: Karila was friends with Shikiro and Myoko. They always hung out with each other. Now, she lives in sector 3 of district 10, and does all she can to keep herself alive. Her mother, Kairi, was killed in a terrible universal accident, or so she thinks, and her father, Shiroka, was too. Her sister, Linika, is her only reason to win.
Weapons: She is very good with the dualblade, and owns one she named Kairi, after her mother. She is also great with other kinds of swords and is a good archer.
