Right when Zaar decided to unveil that particular secret, the train stopped.

"Not pointless, our discussion was just cut short. I didn't expect either Wildcard to lunge at you like that, or the ride to stop so soon. We'll continue talking strategy when we have a time and place where we won't be overheard. Good day."

Both he and Wildcard got up, and started heading for the exit of the train.

"How did you know that we were related?" Wildcard asked, his eyes wide.

"I have a long memory, and that particular one must've been wiped out by your obviously increasing madness."

"Well, you do have a point there..."

"So why did you join Gemmeny's, anyway?"

"To turn everyone here into a vampire. What else did you expect?" Wildcard said with a psychotic grin.

"I expected nothing different. I take it that you eventually want your kind to overrun humanity, am I correct?"

"You are correct."

Zaar chuckled. "So, it seems that both of us have been mistreated by humanity, and both of us wish to rectify it. Out of all the people in my family, I'm glad you're the only one I didn't end up killing."

Zale nodded, "that's what I said! ...Right? Oh, Delibird, I did it again..." Zale bit her lip, unhappy at how it came out. "When I say stuff, it sometimes comes out wrong..."

"That happens to everyone," Duncan said opening the door to their carriage. "I wouldn't worry about it," he chuckled seeing Zaar and Wildcard come out of the other carriage.

Zale smiled thankfully at him, standing up as well. Trying to grab one of her bags, Zion growled so she backed off. Sighing, she slowly walked towards the door, still dizzy from earlier.

"You know I'll think we'll get along fine," Duncan nodded his head.

"Well, if we're on the same team, we SHOULD get along, shouldn't we?" Zale inquired, giggling lightly. Wincing at the amount of dark feelings Zaar and Wildcard gave off, her vision clouded over for a few seconds, the defense mechanism sending off multiple waves of happiness to lighten the atmosphere up. Regaining her vision, Zale smiled again and popped another peppermint into her mouth.

"Alright, I'm going to need practice to keep me awake." Dante said, throwing out a Shiny Lucario. "Hey, Isis." She said, high-fiving the bipedal jackel-like Pokemon.
