Thread: Familiars

"Yes you know finding the other the card they already explained that," The advisor said while pointing at the card Edgar was holding.

OOC: Just look at the last couple of pages I don't really know which one.

"Alright then, Come on Edgar" Tye said taking his first few steps, motioning the boy to follow.

"Just John? Couldn't have cone up witg something cooler?" Edgar asks. "Like, Auron or Morpheus...I'm sorry, but Master John doesn't really flow, y'know?"

"Not to be rude, but we were next" said Devyon, walking in front Tye onto the edge of the seal. "We'll be going to Death's Grip" he said to the man.

"I'm not a Master, far from it actually," Johsn shrugged. "I'm only a supervisor a witness if you will."

"Come on Edgar" Tye's tone was slightly harsh.

Devyon sighed and shook his head. "The bending willow will only grow down unless it straightens towards the sky" he said to Tye and took a few steps backwards.

OOC: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Tye and Edgar are already at their destination. I don't think that they're even in front of the seal.

IC: Aurum faced Jason and pulled out a golden dagger. "You're going to need this," Aurum said, handing the dagger to Jason. "Even if you aren't going to use it now, you will eventually need it. Just for self-defense matters," Aurum assured. He wouldn't want Jason to get the wrong idea that Aurum went around killing people.

OOC: Tye and Edgar already left in case you hadn't noticed.

"Now it's your turn," the man said towards Devyon and Snow.

"Oh okay," Jason nodded his head as he scanned the dagger that was in his hand.

"It was forged in the ancient Banecorum mines, infused with the strongest metals on the planet. It won't break unless you're stabbing it at an impenetrable object for 40 years," Aurum said. He flipped his hand up to the seal-worker. "We'll go next," Aurum said before sliding his spear back into the sheath on his back.

Snow sighed gently, and walked directly past Aurum.
"You behave like a petulant child. You are a familiar, a designant chosen to pass from one life to another, to help a younger warrior.
Act like it."

"What do you mean by that?" Jason asked as he turned to Snow. "I don't even know what's going on around me one minute I was dying on the street the next I was here," he said, feeling a little bit bad about what Snow had said.

Snow's eyes shortened.
"I find it amusing that the warrior is the apprentice, not the Familiar, in this case."
She smiled slightly.
"I hold nothing against you, young one."

Jason looked down at the dagger in his hand for a moment. He didn't know what he was going to have to do or if he was going to be able to do it right especially considering that what Snow had said was true.

"Okay prepare yourselves," the man said before putting his hands together, causing Snow and Devyon to be transported through the seal. When they opened their eyes once more they were standing in front of a large wooden gate with a forest of jet black trees just meter way from them.

"So glad you could make it," a man walked over to the two, he had spiky black hair that was sticking back and had black eyelash under his eyes. He was wearing a similar robe like the other advisers but his was sleevedless. "My name is Edison and I will be your supervisor for your first quest."

Snow opened her eyes after the teleporting, and quickly moved away, realising she'd been clinging to Devyon.
She looked around.
"Wow."
