Thread: Dawn of an Era (Start Up)

Kit looked on, watching street doctors tend to the still wounded, while others drag the dead down the mountain. "Just how much more must die?" Kit asked to herself. "Just is what Deoxys planning?" She asked.

Kevin looked around, surveying the scene of wounded Pokemon. He couldn't help but feel sorry for them. I hope they're all right, somehow, he thought.

Roary gazed at the solemn scene, and wished his trainer hadn't been so focused on attacking moves, and given him some kind of healing move that he could now use to help these Pokémon.

Several weeks later...

Goku was striking a test dummy with various forms of simple kicks. He was finally excused from the bed, and now, the monkey desperately needed to hit something. All that time in bed has made him go stir-crazy.

"I believe the doctor said to do nothing streneous for another week." Goku turned to see Kit, a firm look on her face as she was sitting on top of a unconnected punching bag. "I'm not doing anything streneous." Goku said with a wiseass grin, and did a butterfly kick. "That's streneous." He said. "Wiseass, belligerent, flirtatious monkey..." Kit muttered. "Sharp-tonged, violent, teasing fox." Goku returned, getting Kit to turn around, a look that said "What?!"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Kevin said, stepping in between Kit and Goku, "What's going on here? I thought Goku needed to get some rest."

"Oh, I'll give him a rest, all right. And when am I 'teasing'?!" Kit demanded. "Like you don't think I noticed you hips move a little bit more to the sides when you walk when I'm around." Goku said, and was blasted back with a Flamethrower. "Pervert!" She barked, walking away with her nose in the air and in a stiff walk. "She digs me." Goku said, patting down the ashes from his fur he just got from Kit.

Kevin looked at Goku skeptically. He digs her? he thought, Is there something going on here?

Roary entered and walked over to Goku and Kevin.
"Hello Goku, I am glad to see you are feeling better." He said

Lily walked into the room right behind Roary. "Hi everyone!" She greeted them all. She noticed that Goku looked in better shape than before. "Goku, looks like you got better! I'm so glad!" She cheered.

"Good Job getting well so fast," said Fiesta, in his yell-whispers, which is a normal level tone to most. "Now, do you want to spar?"

"Sure." Goku said, eager to fight once more, thanking Lily for her praise.

"I won't hold back!" said Fiesta.

"I won't either." Goku said, moving the fight to a flat field. "Alright, you make the first move." Goku ordered.

Fiesta started it off with A SPLASH ATTACK Rain Dance to set it to his advantage.

Goku then looked cautious, taking a melee combat stance if Fiesta unleashes what he has in store.
