Thread: Dark Arena *Start Up!*

"Fucking nearsightedness." Tybalt roared and ran straight forward, holding back none of his power and smashing straight through the barricades. He opened his eyes and looked around. He had made it straight through. He roared again in victory.

"Good job!" said Rex, still keeping his eye on Raphael as he backed threw it. "Ok, Skull, next you need to use Dig threw that wall there. Pursian got me info on this place."

Darktide snaps his head to the side seeing a glint of steel. He grumbles and swivels to face the pest and fires twin columns of foaming water at Raphael. The wall of surging water crashes towards his cage. Darktide's body slowly slide back from the recoil of the powerful cannons. He grins watching the powerful blast of water crash into the cage nearly shearing the bars.

Skull bashed his bone against the wall, pulling it downward and creating a small tunnel-like area. A few more tries, and an entire passage was dug through the wall.
"There you go," he said.

Rex nodded, heading threw. Turrets targeted them but Rex used Dark Pulse, destroying them. "Alright, all that stands between us and the outside is the outer steel door, Zaron, that's you."

Zaron grinned.

"With pleasure, my friend."

He alligned himself with the door, let out a roar, and charged straight ahead, smashing the door in half.

But nothing could prepare him for what he saw next.

A man, with skin as pale as the moon, an outfit that was as black as the night sky, and eyes the color of blood. It was Zaar, the man who captured him.

Zaar grinned, and spoke in his icy cold voice.

"Nice try."

He grabbed his twin katana, and lunged at the group, wicked glee coating his eyes...

Rex dodged. "Zaar." he said, spitting out his voice like poison. "You will pay for taking us from our homes!"

Darktide growls at Zaar's voice and releases another massive Surf. The water crashed into the remains of the steel door and bent the metal outwards with a groan. The surge of water rushed forwards from the prison propelling Zaron forward like a bullet. "GET HIM!" his deep voice roared as the water gushed over the path and swirled.

Tybalt ran foward at Zaar as well and smashed a MegaPunch. "Zaar! I shall tear you limb from limb and slowly pick out your brains, and digest your pitiful body. You shall make a well deserved snack."

Darktide aimed his cannons backwards and launched himself forward with powerful jets of water propelling himself out of the prison and into the fray. He growled and drew his fist back into a powerful wrecking ball of muscle and launched a powerful Brick Break along with Tybalt's Mega Punch. The two massive fists fly towards Zaar.

Zaar was hit by the tidal wave, sending him flying backwards, just before Tybalt's Mega Punch connected.

Zaron was about to crash right into Zaar, but the madman simply pulled out another weapon, a bloostained scythe, and slashed the Sharpedo right in between his eyes, making him veer off course. Zaar then grabbed an object, and tossed it through the open door. It was a key, and, while it was following its path, twirling through the air, it landed right in the lock in Raphael's cage, unlocking it.

Raphael stared at Zaar, who smirked.

"Gather up your things. I could use a bit of help."

Raphael nodded, quickly put all of his contraptions into his bag, and dashed over to Zaar, stopping beside him.

"Trying to break out, are we? Such feeble tactics will be futile."

Zaar leaped at Rex with his scythe, while Raphael shot Shadow Balls at the rest of them.tttt

Rex dodged the scythe and bit him on the ribs with Thunder Fang, sending thousands of volts into him.

Tybalt grew angrier and angrier. In a blinding rush he slashed at Raphael with Crush Claw and screamed in a bloodcurtling Uproar.

Darktide roars and and levels his cannons at the duo. Liquid drips out of the cannons the liquid begins to waft into the air as a cold vapor. Dual beams of icy liquid and air scream towards Zaar and Raphael frosting the air. Droplets of frozen vapor fly everywhere as the Ice Beam tears up the ground freezing the soil and water coating the ground as the beams lance towards the pair.

Zaar howled in pain from Rex's attack, before being blasted by the Ice Beam, sending him flying backward. Raphael dodged out of the way of Tybalt's Crush Claw.

"You couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, you overgrown brute!" Raphael shouted at Tybalt, before tossing some of his shuriken at Tybalt and the others.

Zaar grabbed Scacco matto, his shotgun, from his robes, then started shooting with reckless abandon, firing at anything that moved, all while Raphael was bombarding the group with his bladed projectiles...
