Death Scythe: Allows the user to summon their Death Scythe, which is both a tool and a weapon. Contrary to the name, it is not necessarily a scythe, and can indeed be any weapon. In Eliot's case, it's a chainsaw. The psychopomp can call it back to them at any time, at which point it will fly back to them, and make any attempt to get around or destroy any object that gets in it's way. A psychopomp can only have one at a given time, though they can get a new one if their old one is destroyed.
Chains of Fate: This allows the user to summon chains measuring a person's life span, barring accidents. Thus, it is infinite in length for most supernatural beings. The chains come from nowhere, and cannot be destroyed by anyone except a death god. Eliot usually uses his own, as he thinks that it's rude to peek at other people's. To summon someone's chain, the user must know something about them that distinguishes them from everyone else. Usually a face is enough, though a birthmark, unique tattoo, or strange name could also work.
Shadow Puppet: By stepping on a person's shadow, the user can "grab" their soul. This causes the target to only be able to move as Eliot does: If the user raised his hands in the air, the target would, and if the user gouged out their own eyes, the target would be forced to as well.
