Thread: The Arumadeus Project (Sign Ups)

AD 2015.
Derourk Laboratries. A miracle is being born.
A Pokemon that will cure Global Warming forever has been created.
It will, with it's four assisting Pokemon, save the planet from it's doom.

But a glitch occured during the creation. Just a small bug, or an error in the coding...
Regardless. It has happened. Nothing has gone wrong so far. In fact, it's performance seems to have increased. We can only pray that it completes it's mission...

AD 3009
It is the Apocalypse. The saviour of the world...
Is it's destroyer.
Whole species of Pokemon endangered beyond return.
Human Status- Extinct.

AD 2012
Five trainers have gone missing. Police are baffled by what would seem to be the perfect abuction. There are no tracks- their foot prints arubtly stopped in the middle of a route. Imprints still left in their beds. There were no eyewitnesses.

AD 30015
The Only surviving Pokemon live in fear of five legendary Pokemon.
Zombie Pokemon roam the streets of once great cities.
Nearly all hope is gone.
However, a significant change has occured-
Human Population- 5.


OK, So basically, this RP will be set in a post-apocalyptic world, in which Five Trainers will be traveling together to defeat a legendary Band of man-made Pokemon who were originally set to save the world, but instead destroyed it. They will be accompanied by the Pokemon who brought them here- one of the last remaining true legendaries, Celebi. Only 4 RPers will be selected, and they will be people I know will stay active. If you don't get chosen, I don't hate you- you might not be expirienced enough, or have a record of dropping from RPs.

If you've watched the movie '9', or played any of the 'Left 4 Dead' games, or are a cool attractive person who enjoys roleplaying, then you should enjoy this.

Romance allowed, but I doubt you'll flirt in the Apocalypse.

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Personality: Derry is considered odd or weird by many who know him. He reads alot, wears snow clothes in flamboyant shades of blue and orange. He is also quite irresponsible, and not trustworthy to bestow a large job on. He considers himself good at fighting, but in reality, he is actually quite poor and emotional. In fact, if he actually does fight someone, or is even punched, he will undoutabley burst into tears. He is very random.

Appearance: He is 1.96 meters tall, 67 kg, has blue eyes, blue hair, and a lanky build. He wears blue rimmed glasses, an orange scarf, a blue overcoat, jeans, and has an orange bow tie.

History: Derry was born in Almia, and lives there to this day. He is secretly afraid of ice due tobeing trapped in a frozen cavern once until he was freed by a Pokemon ranger. Derry has little conection to Derourk Labs, but he knows one thing for sure- Global Warming is affecting his home town by Melting the nearby. So if this Arumadeus he hears about is going to stop that- then that's good, right?

Active, like not dropping out, and 5 or more posts a day. Like in any RP, really.

Name: Emma Cohen

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Personality: Emma can be described in one simple word: goofy. She isn’t afraid to make a fool of herself and does so regularly. She also tends to go with the flow and rarely voices her opinion on issues unless they’ll have a major effect on her. She tries to be funny, which doesn’t always work out, even though she has an okay sense of humor. Despite her foolish personality, she is extremely responsible, fairly polite, and is a fantastic physical acrobat, a great dancer and overall physically coordinated. She trusts people a little too quickly, which has gotten her into trouble many times. She is very engaged and likes to know everything that’s going on around her, which also brings trouble to her. Though throughout all this, her most important attribute is her compassion and fierce fighting spirit for the ones she cares about, making her a formidable ally and a terrible enemy.

Appearance: Emma has thin, black hair that reaches just below her shoulders, as well as short bangs in the front. She has dark brown eyes, almost so much that they could appear black. She has light-olive colored skin, though it looks entirely natural and expected with her hair color. She has straight, pearly white teeth, since she just recently got her braces off.

As for off of her face, she is fairly average for her age. She has a dancer’s build, being about 5 foot 5 inches and roughly 115 pounds, which helps her in dancing and other activities. She wears a white tank top with a yellow, sleevless cardigan on top of it. She wears khaki short shorts that show off her legs and yellow high tops for shoes.

History: Emma had a fairly normal childhood, growing up in Johto in her family of four. She went to school and learned how to battle, as well as her other academics. She was average in all of her regular classes, not particularly ‘excelling’ in any single class. She did, however, learn to dance extremely well. Other activities she learned included Quadruped Riding (Equivalent of Horse-Back Riding) and Flying (on Pokemon), both of which she uses fairly often. She has little knowledge of Derourk Labs, since she isn’t exactly fascinated by such things, though she feels that what they’re are doing is important for the survival of the human race.
