"I don't get jealous," the statement was unusually quick, Winter turning back to face the front. "Let's go. Introductions are really necessary by this point," Winter stated, her tone matching the seriousness of the situation. Stepping forward, she began walking briskly toward the dock where Lachesis had taken off from.

((OOC: She be jelly))

"Are you sure?" Jay asked as he followed behind her. "You know you wouldn't really have a reason too. By the way is it true that you're a cop?"

"Why is that importan-" Winter's imminent chastising was cut off when a whirring sound began to fill the air. Cutting her head in the direction of the offending noise, she watched as a ship began to fly past their position. "What is that?"

The ship in question was no ordinary one. It was a fighter ship. And it was carrying cargo.

Leaping from the ship's hull came a large quadrapedal beast; its muscular legs bulging with veins of strain within the skin. Its teeth were razor sharp, white and gleaming as if only recently cleaned. This beast towered above the group by at least two feet, its spiked tail swishing back and forth. It was lizard-like in appearance; a sort of large armored lizard with slit blood-red eyes trained right on the group. It was obviously incensed by some force unseen.

This would be the group's first encounter with a Militarized Kingdom Bio-Weapon.

((OOC: Aaaaand, here's our first "Boss Battle" xD Good luck... don't die))

Jay whistled. "That's a really scary lizard. Can we keep it?" he smiled at Winter.

Taking out her guns, Winter glared at the creature. "As long as you don't mind feeding it...!"

The creature in question was called a Daedric Autume; a species of dragon living within Aegia. Their kind was known for their ferocity.

And certainly living up to the sayings, the creature let off a snakeish hiss; rushing in to ram the group.

Winter had enough sense to dodge to charging beast, leaping to the side to let it rush past. Bringing her hand to her mouth, she let out a Dragonflame at the creature from behind as she descended to the ground.

The flames encircled the creature's hide before billowing off as if it was nothing. Her eyes widened, watching as the creature turned its onslaught to Jay; swiping its thoroughly dangerous tail at the male multiple times.

"You're hasty aren't ya?" Jay smiled as he tried to avoid the tail slashes before jumping back. "Let's put you to sleep quickly then," he put his left arm over his right hand causing a small dome made of the surface they were standing on to rise and enveloped the creature as Jay moved his arm back.

Alize smiled. "Alize.." She replied. She glanced at the beast and bit her lip. She glanced the group around her. She hoped the group could make it.

The creature itself began to try and shake itself free, roaring in anger as it did.

As Winter made to fire Water-elemental bullets at the large lizard, it crashed from the envelopment; opening its mouth to spew a liquid at Jay.

The liquid licked at his skin, burning the flesh lightly. It was corrosive acid. And the beast wasn't done, beginning to fire more like a hydrant at all in the group.

"Dang it that's a cheap trick," Jay winced as he jumped back. "He then lunged forward and threw his right fist at the beast firing a blast of thunder at it.

Eliot ran at it, sliding beneath it, then ramming his horns at it's stomach from below.

The creature bellowed, being somewhat staggered by Elliot's ramming. However, this would prove fatal as its underbelly began to rumble. In an instant, the acid began to spill from its wound; covering Elliot in the fatal liquid.

Just as quickly, it was hit with the thunder sent at it by Jay; roaring in frustration and pain.

"Elliot!" Winter yelled, firing off more bullets. Coated with electricity they bombarded the creature's massive hide; causing it to stagger over to regain itself.

"I think he's all right!" Jay nodded his head before he fired another blast of electricity at the creature.

The creature began to falter and stagger wildly, the life draining from it. Letting out a weak roar, the creature fell to the ground; shaking the platform. The already rickety foundation began to collapse!

The platform was about to take a plummet into the icy waters that lied thousands of feet below! Falling there would mean certain death!

Winter looked around, grunting as she began to slide down the platform. As it hung from its broken and cracked hoisting; she hung onto the edge of it.

She was going to fall! Trying to pull her way up, she grunted in concentration as her muscles tensed and clenched.

"Hang on!" Jay yelled as he grabbed a hold of Winter's hand and dug his katana onto the platform so as to give him leverage. "Don't worry I'm not letting go," he groaned before putting his foot on the platform. "It's a surface so it means I can move it around," he said a he tried to get the surface to move back.

This... this was bad.

Lachesis wasn't going to finish this mission.

Two bloody holes appeared out of his chest and Lachesis was putting all his effort into preventing hyperventilation.

He looked at the holes and it gave him a strange sense of calm.

He picked up his assassin daggers and walked clearly into the hallway of the airship interior which there was several soldiers on the alert.

Blood dripping from him, Lachesis didn't wince even once when one shoulder shot him in the stomach as he threw several daggers at the platoon.

The platoon was soon annihilated and Lachesis dreamily seemed to be sleepwalking through the levels and before he knew it he was at the pilot controls of the airship leaving a trail of corpses in his path.

He sat down at the pilot seat breathing heavily from exertion and then picked up a walkie-talkie and rasped into Eliot's and Winter's receiver

"Airship 757 is now hijacked and friendly. Repeat, do not shoot Airship 757."

He put his ragged hands on the wheel and the airship slowly ascended into the sky.

Time to shoot down some birds.
