Any ideas to improve the Roleplaying Games forum?

Also, this is just my opinion, but we may need more mods in the Roleplaying Forums. In my experience it has always taken a considerable amount of time before I could get a hold of any of the moderators to address an issue, though I suppose I may just not be online at the same times as most of them are.

Like I said, just my opinion, I may have just had bad luck.

Don't hesitate to send me a PM about anything. I'm not going to scroll through pages and pages of RPs to see if anything's going on... but if you send me a report of something, I'll deal with it right away.

I have a suggestion! Could there be a sub-forum, or at least a stickied thread where people can post ideas for Private RPs and others can say if they're interested? I know a lot of people (including me) have wanted this for a long time.

I'm pretty sure that I've said this.
But, can we hold an RPG where people role play as other characters from existing RPGs on the forum?

Well, I used to be a member of Serebii Forums. In the Winter they held a Winter Ball thing where people would sign up, except they would sign up using characters that they already own in existing RPs.

Then the characters would interact with each other and it'd just be like a really fun, non-canon, side RPG where characters could meet and greet with other characters.

Although, it doesn't have to be a Winter Ball. I don't want to totally steal the ideas from Serebiiforums =P

I suppose that could work. Have one stickied RP where any character from any RP could interact with anyone else... like an inn at the center of the universe type thing...

I've heard of it before... and it sounds like it could work.

It could be a permanent thing... not just a limited time event.

But, if it's permanent, what would we do if a character develops. I mean, what if I have a Silcoon on hand and then it evolves into Beautifly in the actual RPG? Would it just happen to evolve in the side-one, too?

You could do it either way I suppose.

I dont think the rules would be all that strict on character development :D

I just wanted to know, why is it that I only see two mods of this RP sub-section actually taking place in the RPs. Kamen Rider Devil and HiPS are the only ones I see. I can see if the mod has other sections to mod but some don't. Jusy wondering is all.
