Thread: Another Academy RP

More than Seven Hundred years ago one of the very first Pokémon Academies was founded, the Snowpoint College. It was made by a Champion after an epidemic had wiped out half the Pokémon population and many Pokémon Knights (what we now call Trainers) had no Pokémon. He opened the Academy in the middle of the quiet Snowpoint city and it offered free education to the masses. The years went by and gradually fee paying members entered the community up to a point where only a small hard core of "scholars" remained being given free education. There are Seven Houses in all


The Houses

The house Eevee is where the first years all stay. Like all houses there are two blocks, one for boys and one for girls.

In the second year at the College the pupils make their choices about what they want to specialise in.

Those who want to study Battling go into Flareon

Those who want to study Co-ordinating go into Vaporeon

Those who want to get a normal job involving Pokémon go into Jolteon

Those who want to study Breeding or Healing go into Leafeon

Those who want to become professors or teachers go into Espeon

The scholars all go into Glaceon where they can continue along any path of education that they choose

There are rumours of an Umbreon house that became corrupted and was a front for sending students to criminal organisations. The house was apparently destroyed fifty years ago but there are rumours that it works Underground.

There are many titles withing houses. For instance, four boys and four girls in the top year of each house become Prefects with individual titles for each house ( etc Simisear in Flareon, Electivire in Jolteon) Pupils work hard for these titles and have to earn them.

The College is also famous for its sports. The main sports played are:

For the boys: Football in the First Term, Rugby in the Second Term and Cricket in the Third Term

For the girls: Netball in the First Term, Lacrosse and Hockey in the Second Term and Rounders in the Third Term

Other sports are available and the only compulsory sport is on Wednesdays when the first years have to play the major sport in a tournament.

Everyone enters the College in their first year (aged 13) the school goes up until University (aged 18). The school gives you a Pokémon and you are only allowed to use that one until further notice. It knows all of its level-up moves

Pokémon: Litwick: Ember, Fire Spin, Smog, Astonish

Appearance: Medium Height (5'12") with jet black hair. He has grey eyes. He likes to usually wear a simple combination of jeans and T-shirt.

Personality: Sam's very kind and amiable, even if it means having to hide his own feelings from people. He will defend others if he needs to. He's relatively bright but not very strong.

Sports Preferances: Cross Country, Athletics and Tennis

Pokémon:Taillow

Appearance: 6"3, slim but toned body. Short brown hair. Always wears jeans or cargo shorts and a hoodie.

Personality: finds it hard to trust people, but once he does he will stick by them through thick and thin. Wants to make friends but doesnt know how since he never had any. Reece is a thinker. He plans everything before he does it.

Sports preference: Equestrian, Swimming, Boxing.

Name: Sunny

The House that you aspire to be in in your second year: Leafeon

Pokémon: Blitzle

Appearance: Sunny is rather short, standing at 4'08". She's skinny, but not very muscular. Her eyes are blue, and her hair has been dyed a bright pink, and it's extremely poofy. She'd wear anything that stands out from the crowd, but usually she'd wear bright colored T-shirts and shorts.

Personality: Sunny is extremely hyper and random (due to a high metabolism). Sometimes she rants on about anything that pops into her mind. She's highly optimistic and entusiastic, not to mention talkative. Though, she can't stay happy and fluffy all the time, I guess you could say her flaw is that she's a little bit insecure.

Sports preference: Ice or roller skating, any of the two.

Name:Bailey Hills

The House that you aspire to be in in your second year: Leafeon

Pokémon:Slowpoke

Appearance:She has short blonde hair and hazel eyes. She wears a pink hooded vest over a white elbow length-sleeved shirt, and blue jeans with black boots. She carries a small medical pack on her black belt.

Personality:Bailey is shy and caring always worrying about people and pokemon. She isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes to be right though and will do so without regret. She loves helping people and pokemon as well as learning about how pokemon are born.

Sports preference: Chess (if it counts as one), tennis, track

Both accepted! Yes, we can count Chess as an extra curricular activity.

Also guys, do we want to have a level up system to get moves or do you want your mons to know all of their level up moves?

I don't mind either of them... Itd be a nice change to have them all though :)

Name: Jessica Hale
The House that you aspire to be in in your second year: Glaceon
Pokémon: Cubchoo
Appearance: Jessica is short for her age at 5'2". She has long, straight brown hair and deep blue eyes. Her clothing style is somewhat preppy. She dresses nice for school and when she is in public.
Personality: Jessica is very organized and takes her schoolwork very seriously. She can get very carried away when it comes to school. However, she still tries to be friendly and nice to people. She wants to spend more time with her studies in education although she really likes Pokemon.
Sports preference: Volleyball, Lacrosse, Equestrian

Personality: He is ready for anything that could come at him,and is willing to stand up for a friend.Despite being orphaned,he is very intelligent,and can be very tricky.

History:He was orphaned at a very young age. At age 10,he abandoned the orphanage and lived on his own.When he made it to Snowpoint,he learned there was a school.So,he did jobs for the townspeople to earn enough money to enter the school and try to get a new life.

Sports preference:Football,Baseball,Soccer

As you're trying to get into Glaceon you're a scholar and don't need to pay fees.

Also, at Snowpoint Football will be Rugby, Baseball is Rounders and Soccer is Football just in case you get confused.

Appearance: Standing tall at 5"7 with long wavy black hair and glimmering green eyes, dresses mainly in a black dragon tamer style outfit.

Personality: Tends to keep to herself most of the time, prefers the company of pokemon to humans.

Sports preference: Netball
