Timmy and Cynder were startled by this girl's sudden appearance. Timmy asked, “Who are you?” while Cynder curled up in a ball, flames shooting from his back. It was his natural defense instinct, after all.

"I'm Yuki Mame," Yuki introduced herself, "And this is Rubi!" She said pointing at the Cherubi as it explored the room, "And who are you?"

After his meal, Blake went to the Perdoone common room. It was his first day at the academy and during the meal, a Poliwag gave him a piece of parchment. ''So Perdoone is for people who lost something in life...'' Blake muttered. ''Do you know what I lost, Snowy?'' Snowy was Blake's Snover. Blake disliked people, but he loved Pokemon. Snowy was his best friend. ''I lost the chance to become a Gym Leader. However, things will be different this time.'' Blake said.

“I'm Timothy McGintley, and this is my partner, Cynder.” The flames on Cynder's back died down as it realized Yuki wouldn't hurt it.

"Hm? Was that footsteps?" Abyo wondered.

"Cool," Yuki smiled, "So do you want to be a Fire Type Gym Leader then?" She asked grabbing Rubi off the ground and balancing her on her shoulder.

Kayumi looked over at the piece of parchment she was given. "Totally innaproved by Professor Duke". 'Sound like my kind of place.' She smiled to herself. Kayumi put the piece of parchment in her pocket and made a mental note to look at it later. She looked over at her Horsea, Sapphire, who nudged her shoulder. "Want to go to out common room?" She asked her. The young Horsea whinnied, which probably meant a yes. Kayumi got up and looked at her map. "Lets go, then. I really, really hope we make friends here. I just don't do well alone." She told her Horsea. "Horsea!" Sapphire cried out in agreement.

"Emperor, I think this is it." Jake walked into the Oblivinoir common room with Emperor, his Piplup. The room did look like it was for the daring and extreme people.

“Yeah, I guess you could say that.” Cynder agreed, “Quil!”

"Yeah, I'm gonna be a grass Gym Leader!" Yuki cried running over to a locker with her name written on. She opened it, and began to unpack her bags, "So where are you from?"

Abyo noticed another person entering the dorm. "Hmm."

After, he was done swimming, Rico made his way back to Solatrixx. he saw two people there. "Hello, Solatrixxers. I'm Rico, and thats my Dratini, Acer" Rico told the two "Anyone wanna Battle?"

"Hm?" Jake turned around, and he was sure he heard footsteps.

"Hi," Yuki said to Rico, "Yeah sure I'll battle you!" She smiled, Cherubi smiled to excited about her first battle at the academy.

Timmy walked to his locker and started to unpack, saying, “I'm from Johto. Goldenrod City, to be exact.” He thought, This battle should be interesting.
