"Fenrir!" Senri called as two large silver pistols materialized into being. "Finally some action!" Senri called, as he chased after the man.
The man scrambled through the house, tripping over a couch in front of the door, but recovering quickly enough to leap out a large picture window.

The man turned and drew his sword one handed, slashing at her in mid-air.
"Get the fuck away! You don't know what you're doing!" The man yelled.

Treiss cuts short her tackle to avoid the pointy implement.
"I could say the same thing to you, buddy!"

The man didn't respond, but instead kept running, getting into a car parked down the street.
"Peace!" He said, stepping on the gas.

"Tch." She stopped and stood still for a moment. "Focus..." she muttered to her self as she attempted to make everything go slow-mo. David better get here soon, or she would clock him one.

David was hiding in the bushes as the car sped away. He ran up to Treiss.
"Are you okay?" He asked her.

"That's not my point." Colin's voice took on a tone verging exasperation. "Of course the blood is still there -- they don't need to remove it in order to have the magnetism transferred. And, equally unsurprisingly, these people wouldn't notice anything in the blood -- because, although it's natural, it can't be found by the mundane means that these people use. It's a bit out-there, I guess, but there you have it." They had been travelling to the second house where a similar scenario had occurred. Nobody had cleaned it up, and the place smelled rank, the sort of odour only produced by dead flesh that had been left alone for quite a while. Colin noted that one of the paintings in a congenial-appearing living room had been torn, presumably not by a linear, pointed weapon -- they couldn't produce that kind of tear. Colin deduced that there was probably a hook or claws of some sort involved, although he tended to find the idea that demons existed pretty far-fetched. He'd never met one, of course, so he didn't feel like he was to blame for his scepticism in that particular area.
"Apparently, the father had his throat torn out in this house," David said, something that seemed like a passing remark, but Colin caught the hint that, by his mentioning, there was something more to be said about it.
"Meaning?" came a reply from one of the others.
"How're you going to tear out someone's throat with a sword? You need some claws or something." Colin didn't really enjoy this particular observation, and something about it made him feel a little on-edge. Sighing as the others launched into a demonic discussion, he followed them out once David offered to take them to the next house. He wondered what the point was in going through all three houses in one day -- there was surely a different story behind each, and perpetrators always revisited the scenes of their crimes; according to books and movies, anyway. That was when he gave himself a stern reminder: this wasn't a book or a movie -- this was real life, and he would get hurt if he wasn't careful. With that grim reminder, he remained silent for the journey to the next residence.
Once they got there, a strange figure who was clearly equipped with a sword could be observed entering the house. When the figure saw them, it took off running, and a few out of their group began running after them. Colin wrenched himself forwards at a swift pace, seeming to flow seamlessly as he slipped into his running, only to halt as he saw the figure slashing at one of the group, yelling something that Colin perceived as red light -- since he couldn't quite make out the words, he relied on the colour to tell him that it was a warning of some sort. The man simply kept running, and the one of their group pursuing him followed, Colin in their wake. As he arrived outside, it was clear that the figure had already made his getaway.
David came running over to ask Treiss if she were okay.
Colin looked at the spot where the man had got into the car thoughtfully, rubbing his chin. "Disappointing," he noted. "If only we could've captured him."
Louis walked onto the road, in front of the car. "There isn't anything over here, guys!" Then he noticed the car. "Shit!" he yelled, flipping gravity around him so he rose above it.
This epic banner was made by the epic Blue Dragon!
"Damn it, he got away!" Senri yelled while angerally stomping the ground.

As the car of the strange man sped away, a second one pulled up, and out hopped Lysander Grey. "Sorry I'm late," he said. "Got caught up with flight school." Pulling on a pair of gloves to protect his hands from the cold, he approached the group, noting the distraught barometer. "Did I miss something?"

Tyler walked over to where a small group of people had gathered, his electric blue hair blowing in the wind. "What's going on over here?"
