Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
The gleeful grin on the man's face faded into an expression of terror in the split second between Senri pulling the trigger and the bullet hitting him. The sword went flying, embedding itself in the wall just above Seren's head, and the man fell to the floor, covering it in his own blood.
"Are you ok..." David said, ducking into the room, but quickly leaving.
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Fenrir vanished in a flash of light. "Another foe, unworthy of my bullets." Senri mused. He then turned to Seren. "Listen, were sorry couldn't get to your brother on time."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Seren, too shocked to even stutter, just stood there, seemingly paralysed. After what seemed an eternity of staring at the man's scarlet blood, she finally blinked slowly and turned.
"Don't worry, it's not your fault." She looked awkwardly away. "Thanks for saving me. I owe you."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Jarek ran into the master bedroom, after he heard the screams emenating from there. When he walked in, his rather bad mood
fell into a mix of anger and sadness, for failing his fellow alchemists, even if he hadn't met them yet. "Hello everyone...it seems that I have arrived a little late." he said sadly. " I am Jarek Ray Shannahan,an alchemist from the guild. I was sent to assist witht the hostage situation, but it seems i've failed that."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Lysander walked in. "We were too late." he sighed. "At least we got the killer."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"True, that. Did you manage to catch a name,or anything to indentify him with"? Jarek said inquisitively.
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"Uhh...." Senri said blankly and embarresed. He had killed him without even asking who he was, but it didn't matter. He killed Seren's family and was about to murder Seren.
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"I'll take the silence as a no,then." Replied Jarek. "I dont blame you, to be honest."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Just then a girl with a sword was magically dragged in by her sword. "Aurablade, I command you to stop! We are not having HUMAN for-" she was interrupted as it swung for a guy. "STOP THE SWORD!!!!!" she hollered.
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"I'm not doing this, the sword is!!!" she shrieked as it aimed for another guy.
OOC: Wild Candy?
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
OOC: Leavanny, I'm not a GM, but a random living sword attacking my character isn't something I'm very fond of.... I'm not posting anymore until I hear what Grit thinks about the situation because i find it a little too wacky. (Even after someone died and Seren pretty much lost her family)
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
OOC: Dudette, what the heck? You promised not to do this kind of thing. A bunch of people just died. Now is not the time for comic relief. Please leave. And please delete your posts as you do so. Everyone else, feel free to ignore them.
David entered the room, still slightly green. He rummaged through the man's pockets.
"Solomon Jones." He said, checking the man's wallet. "We can probably let the police take it from here, right?"
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"I guess. theres not too much we can do from here. We should give this to the police." Stated jarek.
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
"Uh-huh." Lysander said. "As long as no one else is in imminent danger."
Re: The Alchemists (Start-Up)
Seren sighed, and stood up straight finally, wiping the tears away from her eyes.
"Just as long as he's dead." She muttered. "And I agree on the police thing." Her voice was still hoarse, and she coughed slightly.
