Thread: Split Ends: Start-Up

Another Tracker placed her hand on Ozias' shoulder. She seemed about is age, and looked genuinely concerned. "Please, sir... Please calm down. Davis, return the sword."
The Tracker known as Davis complied.

The Multi-Merge took it without a second thought. He was almost ashamed of how savage the lack of a weapon had made him. He looked at this Davis for a moment, then the girl. "...Thank you," he told her quietly, "Right, where were we?"

"Please, just follow me," The girl motioned to door on the far end of the lobby.

"Allons-y, then," Ozias smirked, following. Psy-S was beginning to doubt if the boy was pretending or if he legitimately knew what he was doing.

OOC: Coming?

OOC: What of everyone else?

OOC: I know. I was going to wait, but whatever.

Reluctantly, Psy-S, Emily and Kuroi followed on.

OOC: And everyone else. Not just you.

OOC: That's what I meant when I asked if everyone if they were coming.

Lilith glared and made a quiet and short growl at the Trackers. Aaron was calmer towards them and remained silent, but he didn't completely trust them.

[HM], with the obvious exception of Lori and the slightly less obvious exception of Nix, reluctantly followed.

"Sir, do you remember me?"

OOC: Assuming that was at Mr Wheatley.

"...I think I remember your face. We've met before, a few years ago, haven't we?"

"That's right. We met three years ago. I think your draconian friends were there too." The Tracker glanced back at Kuroi briefly.

Nix sighed. "Screw it, I'm going in." She shifted back to Ace Trainer form and entered the lab.

"The only escapees we couldn't bring back in. Besides the rest of us. Well, from my viewpoint. From yours I suppose it looks like you're winning, doesn't it?"

"I don't know about that..." The Tracker stopped at a plain, wooden door that contrasted with the rest of the hall. "We're here." She opened the door. On the other side was a tiny room with a warp pad.

"What is it...? Is that a...?" Kuroi asked Emily.
"How am I meant to know?" the Virizion Merge hissed.
"It seems to teleport the users," Psy-S observed. Ozias wordlessly walked up to it before turning around to the girl.
"What's your name? You never said."
