Thread: Split Ends: Start-Up

Anthony continued up the stairwell, tripping occasionally on his awkward new feet. Nel was now at least a floor above him. On the ground floor, they found a room eerily similar to a hotel lobby. Anthony followed Nel through the sliding door, finding the lab was the only building for a long ways out.

Because the ocean was visible in the distance, from all sides.

As Kiera floated, she passed Knight, Opal, and Anthony. Marci had only passed Leon.

In Oreburgh City, Sinnoh, Sierra cried for her missing friend.

"How are we going to get away from here now?" Knight asked.

OOC: Can I evolve Marci soon?

OOC: Not just yet. I've got a plan.

"Maybe..." Lily slid off Knight. "A boat! These guys are bound to have one!"

OOC: One problem. How's Kiera gonna stay with the boat?

"A b-boat?" Sophia was baffled, "Can someone explain what's going on here?"

Ozias walked into the laboratory. "Knowing you, Sandy, you probably want to see how they get on. But, I will send someone after them if they find away to get out to sea." He was fuming. This was a really bad day. "I'll go myself if I have to."

"But, Ozias!" said Annah. "You're needed here!"

OOC: Duh. She goes in. We're talking about a small frigate, not a wooden raft.

"It appears that we're on an island."

OOC: She doesn't have arms or legs. How's she gonna NOT bounce all over the place, huh?

Kiera finally made it to the top after a lot of floating.

"We should start looking for a boat then." Opal spoke up.

Kiera nodded. "Hmm, we'll need one that'll stop me from getting left behind." she said.

"I'm the Head Hunter. I have every authority to go."

"I can see that!" Sophia cried.
"Can someone explain the process of the Merge to our Ice-type friend here? I'm not the best at explaining things... In the meantime, I'll assist with our search," the Umbreon boy said.

Anthony pointed towards the shoreline. "I spot a boat just ahead. And a concrete path from here to there."

Kiera floated over to said boat, Marci running there.
