Lucario jumped in the way of the Shadow Ball.
"Leon, do your job and I'll do mine." Maxwell scowled at him. "Your job is research, so get your ass back upstairs now."

"I'm a HUNTER!!!! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, MY SISTER IS THE DANG SCIENTIST!!!!!" Leon yelled, storming away.

"Oh, sorry, I'm Kiera, and this is Marci." Kiera introduced her and her companion the the girl. "Now, who are you???"

OOC: I put up a new Merge.

"I'm Knight Inukai," Knight said to the new merge. "And this is..." he started to introduce Opal only to realize he didn't know her name.

"I'm Opal," she said in her monotone voice.

"Oh, hey, Opal." said Kiera.

"All the same, get out of here. It's nothing I can't handle."

"Penelope Welker, though I vastly prefer to be called Nel." The girl seemingly opened her stomach and pulled out a bottle of water.

Kiera looked at this Nel. She was a.... A Rotom Merge. Nice.

"Rotom merge," Opal stated. "With all appliances."

"Nice to meet you Nel. We should get out of her now," Knight stated using his senses to look for safe paths.

Leon was hiding near another cell block.

Meanwhile, Annah screamed "SANDY ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO WHAT I AM SAYING?!"

"Yes, but what you're saying is too emotional. Your judgment is clouded."

"Wait, where did Anthony go?" Lily turned around, hoping he was behind her, but he wasn't.

Anthony paced back and forth in a hallway, waiting for the others to show. The way out was just up seven flights of stairs, right? He had overheard this was floor B7, so it was logical for the ground floor to be above.

"I'll go look for him." offered Kiera.

"I have his scent. We should stick together," Knight said leading the way towards Anthony.

Nel followed Knight cautiously. She still wasn't sure that she could trust these others yet.
Lily groaned. "Is he far away? I'm not sure I'll be able to get out like this."

"I can try carrying you if you want," Knight said as they walked up to Anthony. "Found him."

Kiera and Marci, making it clear or not they'd felt like Leon was near Anthony, sighed.

"You sure you'll be able to?" Lily asked.
