OOC: On second thought, the fact that the Phione all have to be under 11 (the minimum amount of years the Project has been around) is gimmicky enough.

OOC: Okay, then... Is that the details sorted then?

OOC: Nope.
Due to the fact that Phione is practically useless... They don't need Flaws, at least not for the Phione part. They'll still have Flaws for any extra DNA.

OOC: Phione is more useful than Glalie... But still. I assume they'll be varying genders?

OOC: Yes.

OOC: How many? Kindergartens full? Two or three?

OOC: However many we need. I'm only using the Manaphy and one Phione.

This is the chance to use Merges 9 and under.

OOC: Better get into character development, then.
