Split Ends: Start-Up

OOC: Fixed! Now let me finish fixing my crappy Merge!

OOC: I feel touched that you all are talking about me.

Maxwell left the block, returning a moment later with several trays on a cart.

Kiera, satisfied, started to wonder who that kid was.

OOC: Almost done with the crappy Merge repairs!

Knight sniffed the air enjoying the aroma of food. Due to his new senses the food smelled better than food ever had before for him.

Maxwell opened each cell just enough to slide a tray in, then closed them back up. "Not much longer now."

"Thank you," Knight said nodding as he began eating.

Opal detached her arm getting food and controlled away from it's right place to feed herself.

Kiera smiled. No need for her cell to get anything. Although it did smell good.

Meanwhile, with Sandy, Annah sighed, and sent out her assistants- Servine, Pignite, and Dewott.

Maxwell's watch beeped. "Okay, this is where we part. I'm going to shut off the security systems." He dashed upstairs, and a moment later, the cell doors opened.

Knight immediately dashed from the cell, Opal was right behind him.

Kiera floated out, Marci walking very silently.

OOC: Is it okay to bring in my next Merge as a human first, from a flashback Leon had, KO?

OOC: Uh... Not yet.

Lily and Anthony stepped out of the cell. Anthony immediately sped off.
"Wait! Are you just going to leave me here?" Lily sighed. Anthony had made it out of earshot. Lily began to run after him, but her extra mass hindered her progress.

Knight caught up to Lily. "It's probably better to stick together,"he said jogging lightly next to her.

Opal had to run a little to keep up with them but not too much.

OOC: Okay, maybe she's in a different cell block or something.

Kiera and Marci followed Knight, Opal, and Lily quickly. Please tell me Leon's not gonna kill Maxwell! thought a scared Marci.

Meanwhile, Leon heard the clamor of feet. He instantly ran to the footstep sounds, sending out Espeon and Umbreon.

A Lucario put itself in between Leon and the Merges. Maxwell stood next to it. "Leon, you aren't authorized to combat subjects."
Lily snuck off into a huge room, on a raised platform 50 feet above the floor. A Merge was sitting on the platform. "I suppose you want to run some more tests on me." The girl looked up from the floor. "Wait a second, you're not--"
"Uh, why are you in here and not a cell?"
"My roomie. She's pretty much a giant."
"Would you like to leave here?"
"Hell yes!" The girl jumped up and opened the now-unlocked door.

"Wh-Who are you?!" asked Kiera to the strange Merged girl. Leon smirked. "Screw that. Umbreon, Shadow Ball!" he said.
