"It's not a flashy entrance, it's a fun entrance," I replied, "I was running late and I saw something that would be fun and helpful. Plus Ed needed to learn about Catapult Willows"
"Treecko!", Ed agreed with glee.
"Well you certainly got the attention of almost everybody, so it was indeed flashy!" Opal concluded, placing her hands on her hips. "And that's, um, no...excuse..." She slowed down once she realized she was actually yelling at one of her peers. Princess couldn't help but try to help Opal calm down a little bit by placing her green arm on Opal's shoulder.
"Oh, um, sorry. I'm done now!"
I'm beginning to think my entrance may have attracted attention, I thought.
As for my luggage, I pull my backpack off my shoulder to double check what I brought.
"Okay, Whittling Knife, Pokédex, Leaf Mails (for notes), a rope, and 5 rolls of duct tape. yep, everything I need's here!", I said quietly.
"You're an idiot, but at least now you got everyone to notice you huh?" Blake pointed out towards him as he saw Opal's futile attempt to talk to him. "Guess it doesn't matter, clueless people should stay clueless."
"If clueless people stayed clueless then wouldn't the world die out since so many are clueless and the non clueless tend to not reproduce as much," Kaoru commented tapping her chin with her finger as she thought about it. "The smarter people tend to spend their time concentrating on business rather than family while the less intelligent tend to not think, thus giving us the next generation however because of that they do dumb things that cost lives."
Blake blinked at Kaoru for a second as he processed what she was saying. "You....kind of have a point," he said while scratching the back of his head.
Alex looked at all the events that had been going off and was honestly surprised at how interesting things had gotten. However, he still walked towards Larmond so as to whisper to him. "So, should we move on with things?"
Larmond nodded slightly, to indicate to Alex that he would call the students to attention. "Now that you are all... present..." Larmond stated, his booming voice amplified by a small microphone attached to his lapel. "We can get started." He smiled brightly as he looked over the crop of new rangers. "Each of you has been selected because the Ranger Corps saw something in you... something special... something that cannot simply be taught." Passion dripped from his voice and it was clear that being a Ranger was who Larmond was meant to be. "I am Head Ranger Victor Larmond and welcome to the finest ranger academy on the planet." He held out his arms and a small device appeared in front of each student, hovering in front of them waiting to be taken. "These are your Capture Stylers and they will be instrumental to your success." Larmond instructed before turning his head slightly, looking at his faculty.
"Your instructors will come from all walks of life. Many of them are currently active rangers, some of them were never rangers to begin with at all and still others are retired rangers who have decided to educate the next generation. They are the best of the best and if you follow their leads you will succeed." Larmond promised, nodding to the woman who had been quiet for most of the time students had arrived. "Ranger Rose will be teaching you the basics of being a ranger, as well as the regulations that we all must follow." The blonde smiled, giving a gentle wave to her new students. "Ranger Damon." Larmond nodded at Alex. "Will be teaching you the biology of Pokémon, a valuable set of knowledge for all rangers to know." Larmond then looked at Jack. "Ranger Walker is a guest lecturer and active duty ranger who will be here between assignments to teach you survival skills on the water as well as how to adapt your techniques for aquatic environments." Sighing deeply, Larmond noticed the shimmer of an appearing Gardevoir, with a well-dressed man appearing by its side. "Another guest lecturer, Mr. Dalton will be teaching you how to battle." The man who had just appeared smiled brightly, tipping his fedora slightly before returning his Gardevoir to her ball. "Your other instructors are currently out on assignment and you will meet them when they return." Larmond explained, looking out at the students once more.
"I want to stress once more the privilege that each of you has been granted. This is a school unlike any other in the world. It is widely regarded as the very best ranger preparatory campus in the world, a reputation each of us has done our best to cultivate." Larmond stated proudly. "You have all been accepted because we believe that each one of you has what it takes to be a great ranger. But in order to do so, each of you must give yourself completely to the tasks placed in front of you. You may have the rest of the day off to settle into your accommodations, details of which are on the screens of your stylers. Take this free day to explore, relax and unwind from your travels. Tomorrow you will be meeting here once again with Ranger Rose in the morning, followed by Mr. Damon in the afternoon. One more thing, my office is always open to any one of you and I will do anything I can to help guide you during your education here." With these parting words, Larmond turned and walked off the stage.
"If nothing else, the guy can really speak." Jonny said to no one in particular as he looked at the screen as instructed. There was a room assignment in the first year dorm and it appeared that he had his own room.

"Hm...I wonder who I ended up with, or maybe I have a room to myself, I hope so," Blake sighed as he walked over to see the chart.
"There is a chart now? I'm wondering if we can hit the waves. I totally need to surf and clear up my head." Sofia said as she walked up to Blake. "That lecture was really long and worth and I'm happy we get the whole day off." Sofia saw that she had her own room.
"I don't have to share a closet with anyone. Now that's awesome."
Kaoru grabbed her stylus from in front of her, checking to see where her room was. "Looks like we got our own Quilava. Lets go." The two went over to the room and unpacked their items. Once they were done they went back outside where Kaoru let out her noctowl. "What do you say to exploring girls?" The two pokemon gave cries of agreement as they started to walk around and look at the school grounds.
"Alright time to hit the waves." Sofia said to herself as she then changed into a blue bikini.
"Wait do we even have a beach?" She carried a surfboard and looked down at the waves from a cliff. "Oh this is going to be aweeesomeee."
Sofia dived down into the water and released her Kingdra. "Let's make this sess awesome."
"Oh no." She looked at her Kingdra. "I left my surfboard on the cliffs." Kingdra was the lone Pokemon she had with her since it was per the rules.
"Swim sess it is."
"Albus, if you would." Jonny looked at his Alakazam, which rolled its eyes before teleporting itself and Jonny to the ocean. He was now dressed in a pair of red board shorts as he appeared next to Sofia's surfboard holding his own board under his arms. Amused by this, he picked up both boards and dive gracefully into the surf. He surfaced behind Sofia and with a charming smile he said, "I do believe you forgot something." With this, he slid her board gently along the surface of the water so she could catch it.

The grass type Pokemon began sniffing the air around it as it walked so as to feel the grass while Rufflet began to fly around happily before perching itself on Blake's head. "Hey stop that!" he exclaimed, thou the Rufflet just ruffled its feathers before sitting down on his head.
