He'd gotten a quick look at a map when he was up at the counter, and saw a couple of "forks and knives" on the map which assumed would be eateries.

Re: Pokemon: Darkside (start up) Jake peered over Jason's shoulder at the map at the counter. "A fork and knife? That means food!" He sped out of the Pokemon Center and off in the direction of the eateries.

What a group of misfits. Sure the IPL intended well, but this group was probably going to get divided very soon. Jason thought himself too trained and ready for anything, and thusly the other two were bellow him as trainers. He only had his pokemon license for a day or two, yet he felt like an old pro, or he at least acted like one.
