"As much as I don't believe in luck,these past event just barely seem like coincidence,but hey,it's not like I can do shit about it. I can't even get Cassidy to go away either."


"Don't say that! You know you enjoy my company. It's only been a day and a half,and I can already tell you aren't very sociable,but making friends can be hard sometimes too." Cassy rubbed her chin.


"What's the point? I'm a living lighter." Lequan puffed his cheeks. "It's not like I had any before either."

"Erm...There's a phrase that's...um... It's always darkest just before the dawn." Ame said, trying to cheer up her friend.

"Yeah, Ame is right! And look at the bright side of life; At least we live in a first world country, we're not getting bombed, and we get easy access to food and water." Said Kyoko, as she stared at Lequan and Cassidy.

"I hate to interrupt, but I have another job, if you ladies and gentleman accept." Mr. Dashe said. Seamus was putting his top hat on Cassidy's head.

"The way I see it...Whoever's going after the key's parts will probably go after the other ones. So I want to hire you to get them first." Mr. Dashe said. "Have any of you ever heard of Yomotsu Hirasaka?"

"Hmm, can't say I have, sorry..." Replied Kyoko.

"Uh,I think so. Isn't that someplace in Japan were the dead are said to dwell? I think that was called Yomi... I got nothin." Lequan sighed


"Oh,well thank you for caring,but I don't really like top hats." Cassidy blew Seamus a kiss. "Hey..can I come along?" She whispered into Lequan's ear.

"Yeah yeah,whatever you want alright? I'm not forcing you to stay behind. Besides it'd......get a little boring." Lequan rubbed the back of his head.

"Awww,see you do enjoy my company." Cassidy hugged him,and giggled.

"Shut up." Lequan replied

"Hmph." Said Kyoko as she puffed her cheeks, looking at Cassidy flirt with Lequan. She felt jealous, somehow, but she dismissed the thought. 'He's my friend, and I don't wanna see some lust fairy try to eat him...' She thought. She bit into some steak, and smiled. "Lemme tell ya', I sure do love steak." She blurted with her mouth full. she quickly swallowed the meat, and said, "Well, those retards can try to get those keys, but I vow on my life that we will stop them."

"I'll take this job,but this time I'll swallow my pride. Id like a substantial amount of money. Well,enough to...get me in a house again. I'm freakin homeless now." Lequan groaned.


"Does that mean I get to live with you? Hmmm,that'd be pretty fun. We can be roomies!" Cassidy poked him in the stomach.


"Your kidding...right? Eugh....." Lequan was trying to find a way of saying no without making Cassy feel bad,but decided not to say something negative. "M-maybe..." Lequans voice trailed off.


"Thanks...I..I really appreciate all you've done for me so far. You really are my friend.." She whispered.


She can possibly mean that can she?. Lequan thought.

"I guess I could do it. It's not like I have anything else to do."

"Hmmm, I just realized something... These back to back missions. I barely get time to practice in between. I mean,there's probably a lot I can do with fire,but so far all I really know how to do is throw balls of flame,and spray it around like a mad man." Lequan made a small ball of fire appear in his hands,and attempted to make shapes with it.


"That's a pretty nice skill,if you can use it properly I guess." Cassidy stated. "Hey maybe you can even shape it into a weapon."

"Exactly. Yomotsu Hirasaka is the gateway between the human world and the land of the dead in Shinto." Mr. Dashe said, standing up. "Another piece of the key is there. Whoever's searching for them may or may not be going after this one...Then again, they could be looking for another part. But if you run into them, try not to let them die this time, no?"

"Well,it wasn't in our control really. It just happened,but okay. As long as I get that one reward I'm fine with the whole thing." Lequan shrugged. "Hope we don't dung int-...I rather not foreshadow."


"A reward huh? A basket of sweets!" Cassidy said obliviously. "Im coming along after all. More hand wouldn't hurt."

"Sooooo....Are we going to Japan."

"I'd really like to go to Japan! Tokyo Tower, Pokemon center, Tokyo disneyland, IT WILL BE SO. VERY. LARGE!" Shouted Kyoko.

"Hmmm,I've always dreamed of going there,hopefully I make it back home alive." Lequan scratched his head. "I need to stop foreshadowing,maybe we could get some time to mingle as well?" He suggested


"Pleeeeeeeaaase?" Cassidy pleaded with puppy dog eyes.
