Thread: The Broken (START UP)

"too bad, I guess what you did earlier was just a fluke. Those thugs were weak as hell anyway. Well I guess we can talk things out. Gallade, anything else?" Gallade came quietly to shane, he made a look of assurance and told the Gardevoir telepathically "my friend here won't let anything happen to you or your sister. You can trust him." Gallade rested in his pokeball. "Now then, I think I can leave. as no one innocent got hurt." Shane looked at the girl and her Gardevoir.

OOC: won't be able to post for a while...be back in a few

Besides, speaking telepathically to the policeman, I was simply protecting my Trainer and I from harm, we didn't attack anyone at all. The two had turned around and began to walk in the opposite direction, Catherine glared at the Policemen as they walked away.

The cops began surrounding the trainers, pulling out their pokeballs. Sancticus glared at Catherine, pointing his baton at her. "Stop, Girl....I don't want to hurt you."

Feeling threatened, she grabbed the baton and tried to rip it away from his hands.

Sancticus knocked Catherine to the ground. "The only way scum touches this baton is when I beat them with it."

Catherine tried getting up, but she wasn't prepared for another hit to come.

shane moved from his seat and blocked Sancticus' attack. "So are you going to beat up a helpless child or try to take on a real fighter. Or you could be a coward and send your men to do your dirtywork."

Sancticus silently glared at Shane and Catherine. As he went to make another strike, an Ampharos appeared. The Ampharos sent a massive surge of electricity into both the cops and the baton. Sancticus fell, paralyzed. A Mankey soon appeared, and began speaking (in pokemon, of course) to Big Sister.

“Follow me. My Lord sent us to save you.....” While the Mankey was honest, its aura felt...off, as if someone had tampered with its emotions. “Hurry! Lord Phantom instructed the Ampharos to stun them, you don't have time!”

Big Sister helped Catherine back to her feet

Why should we trust you!? And who in the world is Phantom!?

“Lord Phantom is both my trainer and master....he is also a member of The Broken. Now make haste!”

Alright, we're going! Big Sister looked at Catherine and Shane, We have to go with the Mankey, now!

The Mankey led Catherine and the others into an alleyway, followed by the Ampharos. Phantom calmly stood against the wall, humming a small tune to himself. When he saw the others, he got up and held out his arms. “Welcome! Did you enjoy my assistance?” Phantom radiated a strange aura, as if he was planning something. The way he spoke sounded too sly. The Mankey and Ampharos returned to Phantoms side.

Shane had stood in silence. Angered, he yelled viciously sounding more like an animal than a man.

Phantom laughed at Shane, a smile curling from under his mask. "Why are you so upset? I just saved you both...you should be grateful."
