Thread: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era

"Who says we'll use parachutes." Klay said to Jeremy before looking down at the floor. "If you guys can't make your own landing then you don't deserve to be in this mission!" he snickered before jumping off the ship, his jacket fluttering around as he fell and changed into his wind form. As the group fell deeper and deeper into the crater they were able to see what was underground, a large congregation of buildings, almost like an underground city. "What is this place."

"It's an ancient civilization." Sakura stated. "They say there were many of those back during the old age, this is one that has been able to survive even after all this centuries." she explained before feeling her ears spike up. "Watch out!"she screamed.

Suddenly multiple black spheres were fired at the group from the walls, causing Klay to grit his teeth and turn around so that he could try to blow some of them away from himself.

Jeremy clapped his hands and fired a wind spike at the black sphere causing it to break apart. Jeremy spiraled in the air to avoid debris.

Brine backflipped over a sphere, as he was above it he blew it up with his mind and landed on his platform again, "Oh this is gonna be fun."

Mark just streamlined himself and began mental forging a case of metal around him. He was gonna be a human mortar. Dragoon just shook his head at the others. He channeled his magic for a while, and focused on a spot down below. He only needed a minute to charge it up.

"You guys are quick." Klay poined otu as he looked at the others before spinning around. He held his arms together before throwing them back, sending out a powerful gust of wind that sent ths pheres that surrounded him flying all around as he landed.

Jakku leapt off the edge of the flight deck.
"Haha, slowing."
He chuckled, his armour forming around him.
Jakku positioned into a diving position as yellow energy coarsed around his body.
He tore through the first ceiling with an almight explosion, laughing.

Jack felt no need to bring attention to himself with a flashy entrance. He simply teleported in small bursts, making his way down and using the chaos the others were making to make his own descent easier.

Evan jumped from the plane, and didn't even bother to slow himself. He just coated himself in steel and fell to the ground. Meanwhile, Eric zoomed down in his Android form.

"I feel left out..." Eleanore said, floating gently down, having found a parachute somewhere.

Tye dove out of the plane, lacking a parachute. He had on a , and a pair of dark colored jeans which rippled in the wind as he plummeted head-first toward the ground. "Yahoooo!" He let out as the wind rushed past him. As Tye looked up he saw the black spheres being hurled toward them. A new day and it's already eventful... Tye spun as the spheres approached, this allowed him to use their momentum to almost effortlessly curl around them as he continued toward the ground. Finally, he smashed into the earth, quickly taking up a crouched position, this released the shock in a HUGE burst of scarlet lightening from his body.

The Slayers finally touched land and became surrounded by the abandoned buildings. Klay looked around slightly, everything seemed so quiet even though they had just stepped into enemy territory.

"They're watching us, that much is obvious." Sakura pointed out coldly.

Brine landed and walked closer to the group.

Jeremy used his wind powers to slow him down and he landed softly on the ground. Jeremy melted into the shadows, hiding his presence from those watching them.

'Let them watch. Makes it mroe interesting when they know we're coming. The suspence must be killing them, and if not I will.' Mark joked.

"We have to be careful though." Klay pointed out and began walking. "Sakura, Jack, do you guys pick up anything?"

"There are some presences around us, but I can't tell were specifically." Sakura shook her head as she materialized a scythe. "We'll have to be careful."

Jakku walked out of one of the abandoned buildings, which collapsed as he left it.
He drew his katana, walking in the direction of the base.
"They know we're here. We must act so as to maintain the only element that matters."
He grinned.
"Surprise."

"Let's start moving then." Klay nodded his head and began walking more. However as he did this he was able to notice a few shadows from behind some of the houses. He frowned before seeing a group of black hooded soldiers run out from the wall and charging at the group.

"That was quick. You guys don't waste any time, do you?" Evan asked, firing a bolt of lightning at one of the soldiers. Eric transformed, growing arms out of his back, and shot webbing at them, sticking them in place.
"I take it none of you are willing to give us directions?" Eleanore asked, telekinetically throwing a rock at one of them.
