Thread: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era

"Equipment malfunction." Jack shrugged. "Problems with compatibility."

Tink didn't say anything, he was instead puzzled, he had made the earpieces so that no problems would happen on that subject. He didn't feel like bringing the subject up though. "Anyways the battle's over and Kaiser's being arrested right now, I'm moving the ship to the center of the city so head there."

"Guess the fun's over." Abyss grinned before closing her eyes, her skin cleared once more as Sakura fell to the floor unconscious.

Jakku shouldered Klay again.
"Catch up whenever."
He ran off towards the city's centre, carrying Klay easily.

Shimo (Who's now nine again, hence the amnesia) looked towards Jakku.
We were too late to stop Klay doing something stupid again...
She groaned.

Jack nodded. He gently picked up Sakura and carrying her bridal style he teleported to the center of the city.

"Hey I had to..." Klay whined, almost as if he was drunk from how tired he was.

Once the ship reached the center of the city it proceeded to land and open its doors to those from the outside. "Good work out there guys." Tink smiled. "How did the Slaying Kit treat you."

"Mine were pretty good." Klay nodded his head. "Though I could be in better shape."

'That's why I say you're an idiot." Sakura frowned, she was waking up just now. She then looked at Jack and jumped out of his arms a slight blush on her face. "What were you doing!?" she exclaimed in embarassment.

"And yes I'm sorry Shimo but I couldn't help it." Klay said to Shimo after turning to look at her.

"You passed out." Jack told her flatly. "I was just bringing you back to the team."

"Jack, don't molest women. You're creepy enough already." Evan said, walking over, Kuro's severed head in his hands.

"Here." Eric said, and scooped Morir up bridal style. Leaving the mall, he saw the rest of the team. "Hey guys. How you doing?"

Mark swiped his right arm though the air dragging rubble from the building down at Rodin. He kept running though. His left arm was still an open wound, but he was dispersing some of his powers to keep it from losing blood. Mark rounded the corner as fast as he could and dropped two more sicklewings, shatterers.

"You want to kill me any time soon Rodin you gotta catch up!"

Mark threw up his kinetic shield removing all air resistance on him and took off down the street running. As he went though he kept starting the cars on the side of the road and prepping them to go off like a chain of bombs.

Shimo smacked Klay on the back of his head, causing Jakku to start in alarm.
Moron.
She grunted, and went further into the ship.

"Get to the infirmary."
Jakku said shortly to all of them.
"That was not an easy battle."

"Considering nobody stopped me when I killed your Queen.. I don't think it matters" Stephanie said in a dark voice. "If you pose a risk to this city, it's something we cannot let happen, and I won't. Unless you are willing to stop what you are doing, and go back to the hole you crawl out from and stay there, then I won't let you live" Stephanie said, flames dripping onto the ground, the fire around them looked larger as smoke reached the sky.

"Give a reason to not kill you, will you leave everyone alone and go home? Live in peace?" Stephanie asked.

Brine picked up Barrage bridal style and went to the ship before seeing Eric and Jack, "What, so we're all doing this now? Oh and I have the strangest feeling that Klay left me out of a speech." Brine paused, "So I heard an Elite's head exploded" Brine then telepathed Jack, "I'm assuming it was you, I mean it was Boris, plus your style is screwed up."

"You can't just arrest me can you." the Prince chuckled. "The fight's over now either way so just cuff or whatever." he shrugged. "Besides, it goes against the ruels set to you hunters, you kill me you get the BHA on your ass." he pointed out.

'Nah." Rodin shook his head before he turned around. "I'm just gonna leave, there's no use for me to keep fighting anymore, plus I got bored really." he said before turning to Mark. "If I can give you some advise, find some new tricks kid you gotta teach a dog new tricks every once in a while."

"I know, I know." Klay sighed at Jakku before turning to Evan and Eric. "What the fuck are you guys holding!?" he exclaimed before he began to cough up blood uncontrollably. "Okay I'm gonna go get treated, and don't call me a moron." he frowned at Shimo. He then looked at Brine. "Fuck. In my defense I was in the heat of the moment so...I might messed names...I'm sorry." he said before bowing in embarassement. "Why are you all carrying someone...and why are you two carrying men anyways." he said to Eric and Brine. "At least Jack's carrying Sakura, kudos on that by the way."

"Shut up Klay." Sakura frowned and turned to Jack once more. "Well I guess...thakns then." she nodded her head.

"Okay let's get in the ship and get some rest, we can't leave the city till we heal the wounded and file a report about our Guild." Klay instructed which might be tomorrow. Now if anyone is looking for me I'll be getting treated."

"You fucking better your bandages turned red dude." Tink deadpanned.

Stephanie stared at some more, saying nothing but the fire around them started to die down. "Well, I suppose being in a dirty jailcell, with beings bad as you could be punishment enough, afterall death is just the quick way out, jail is for the long haul, some people seem to think the death sentence is better then jail.. Well I highly doubt that" Stephanie replied finally, she closed her eyes for a moment and clutched her fists, she wanted to finish him, to make him pay for what he did, she wanted him.. dead. But she knew she couldn't, and she was right, jail was the worst way.

As her body returned to normal she pulled out an earpiece from her pocket and contacted anyone who could hear her. "My fight with the Prince is over, he's alive.. But hanging on thin ice, however would you like me to take him to the ship or the jailcell?" Stephanie asked to anyone listening, she glared down at the Prince.

"I made my choice, your life is now in their hands" Stephanie said, the fire almost dying now, Stephanie was controlling it to disappear, so the Zoo wouldn't be completely destroyed.

"I can take care of him." Raven appeared behind Stephanie and began walking towards the Prince. 'I got left in charge of picking up any other defeated members." he nodded his head while looking at the burned bugmen. "I'm Raven it's nice to meet you." he smiled warmly before lifting the prince. "Thankfully the hour hasn't passed yet so Math is still in session." he waved his wand around before saying. "Prince+prison." he stated before the Prince vanished. "There."

"Just let him take care of it." Tink said, hearing what was happening. "Come back to the ship."

"It's no problem at all Sakura." Jack said gently. "And Brine, I wasn't here when Boris exploded. I dont know what happened." He said innocently. "Also I don't molest women and I'm not creepy." He frowned.
