Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"Where are the others?" Klay asked and started to follow Evan towards the elevator.

Sakura created a long scythe and stood at the ready. "You seem to be very tense." she heard a voice from behind her and quickly turned around, only for her scythe to slash the nothing but the air.
"Teleportation?" Sakura raised an eyebrow. Before she could do anything though she felt something metallic wrap around her body, causing her to groan and let go of her scythe as she began trapped by chains.
"You're too distracted.' she looked towards the direction of the chain. There was a man with white colored hair standing in front of her, he had a scar on his right eye and had his hand held out. "Binding spell." he snickered.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"I would suggest releasing her." Jack said as he turned around. "I am not in the mood for more delays."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"Make me." the man said towards Jack before throwing his left hand forward. When he did this the ice on the floor started to raise up before it fired at the group as ice spikes.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
(ok so I;m with Sakura right?)
'Theres more to perception then sight.' Mark said homing in on the psychic resonince of the people in the room, 'ok that Sakura.. Dragoon... where is that scum bag now...'
"Might be blocking you from even getting to him Mark. Keep focused though. There is no way to completely erase you're impact on the world. you can always find the chink in their armor." Dragoon replied, "I think I'll keep with the theme though and stay frosty. Icarin Taeblade."
The ice on Dragoon's hands grew into long blades that curved around his fore arm and also extended forwards into katars.
'How many floors are left by the way? I'm getting tired of this.' Mark muttered.
"Right now I don't care." Dragoon growled smashing all the spikes coming at him.
Mark threw up his shield, but dropped it midway through the barrage. A large spike went right through his right forearm, and a couple small ones dug into his left knee.
'URK... come on I'm not made for taking fire... er... ice like this.' Mark groaned.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
Jack waved his hand below him as he leaped, melting the ice spikes in a burst of flame. From the air, he slung two balls of flame at the man, careful to avoid Sakura.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
The man jumped aside before holding his left hand up once more. A magic seal began to materialize on the palm of his hands before he fired a current of cold air straight towards jack.
"Damn it." Sakura gritted her teeth, only for her to see the chains being cut by Barrage.
"You okay?" the man asked simply before looking at Jack. "You guys move up to the next floor, I can deal with him quickly."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
Jack nodded, pulling Sakura gently up to her feet. "Let's move out." He told the party. "We're almost there."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"Yeah." Sakura nodded her head.
"The next floor will be a bit harder though." Kaiser said as he ran along with them, Cassim standing next to her. "The guard in that floor is one of the strongest prisoners in this prison, a true beast."
"We'll just have to take it down." Peter stated and smiled.
"Peter you can't leave our side, with your ability it'll be easier for us to recover our weapons." Sakura pointed out.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"You sure you'll be alright?" Brine asked Barrage. He had his sword ready but had started to walk away with the group. "If you need help, I'll form my shadow to fight alongside you."
Jeremy sprinted into the elevator, "Hurry guys, the quicker we can get through these levels, the quicker we can escape."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
Jack nodded. "We're so close too. I can taste freedom." He said quietly.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"I'll be fine, just go." Barrage nodded his head towards Brine and gave him a thumbs up.

The group finally made it up to the next floor above them. Unlike the last two floors this one wasn't modified to an element but was instead completely dark. "So now we're in darkness."
"I wouldn't say so." Kaiser spoke simply before raising his hand, creating a sphere of light on the palm of his hand and lightning up the area around the Slayers. "This part of the prison is different to the others...look." he said before pointing to one of the cells, revealing that it was empty. "The cells here are used to hold prisoners with death sentences up to the point where they have to get killed, as thus there aren't that many prisoners in this floor."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"Something tells me it would suck majorly to spend your final hours up here." Jack said morbidly to himself as he looked around. He had lit himself a personal flame to see a bit further out than Kaiser's group lighting allowed.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"I guess that's exactly the point." Kaiser nodded his head. "Listen, I promised that I was going to help you guys out." he turned to look at the Slayers. "If we come up against the guard I want you guys to leave as soon as possible, Cassim and I can deal with him."
"And why are you helping us so much again?" Sakura frowned.
"...Klarise." Kaiser grinned. "I heard that she got captured and was taken somewhere else, maybe you guys can rescue her."
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
"Up ahea...Hey guys." Evan said, as they met back up with the group. "What'd we miss?"
"You're not such a bad guy after all, are you?" Eric asked, putting a hand on Kaiser's shoulder.
Re: Bounty Hunters Part II: The New Era
Jakku caught up with the others, still shivering from the ice room.
"Prison clothing is not suitable for this."
He raised an arm, and coated himself in armour, his eyes glowing yellow in the dark.
"Better."
