Some AR help please

I don't know if this is the right forum, but anyway....

I tried using the "Pokemon can learn any TM/HM" code, and when I go into the bag to try to teach the TMs, it doesn't let my other Pokemon learn it illegally, for example, I try to teach my Lanturn Fly and it says taht it's unable to learn Fly, even though the code is on! I have v1.52(the model where you can put the AR in the DS card slot and then put the card inside the AR slot) and my code looks like:

Can anyone help me?
