    Default Scratched Discs Help

Ok, I was recently digging through my stuff and I found some Gamecube and PS1 games. However they are scratched up to death and I can't play them no matter what I do.

I hear you can fix the scratches so I've researched on how you can fix scratched discs via Youtube and Google, and I found many results. But I want to know from personal experience what is the "best" method that I can do at home.

I usually use toothpaste on mine. A lot of them say to rinse the disks off after but I just make sure it's wiped off extremely good. It usually helps to some degree. I don't know about all but I do know that my Family Video repairs disks professionally for about $2, which isn't too bad.

Just take your games into a video store and let them resurface them. Most of the time, it works, but sometimes, it doesn't.
