Thread: Nintendo 3DS eShop code error!!

I need help in regards to the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

For about three days now, everytime i try and use it, i get the exact same error code and message. The error code is 007-2100.

I am currently residing in Australia, and own an Australian 3DS.

the eShop has been working perfectly fine for a while after i received it, but for approximately three days now it has completely stopped working.

I am not sure what the problem is, but i know it isn't an internet issue, because the internet browser on my 3DS works fine. i also doubt it is caused from the server being too busy (although it may be possible, i doubt the server would be too busy here in Australia three whole days in a row).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should call up Nintendo. The offical site says it's a connection error, and if you keep getting it then call them.
