That would probably be on the Japanese Playstation site, but I can't read Japanese, I can't be bothered to translate it, and I think it's mostly in Flash anyways.

Theoretically it should work, because at least on the SNES Japanese games have NTSC encoding, and both Japanese video and NTSC video run at 60FPS (50 for PAL, so that won't work).

The PS2 would work on your TV, even from Japan.

Like Guest said, the same cable would work for the three Nintendo consoles, I'm assuming you don't have that cable anymore? I didn't have it, but mine works fine and I can't remember for the life of me how. :/

I'll go do some dusting, digging and pull out the old N64 and take a look.

I got my N64 from a game shop by my house; it only came with the cables that it needs. I got my Gamecube from there also, so I'm pretty sure I don't have the cable -__- could you describe what it looks like??
